Things to Know

No pets, parties or smoking.The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. All guests will receive a rental agreement prior to their stay which you are required to sign and submit. The apartment is located on the 6th floor, but there is also an elevator. The second bedroom has a small toddler bed, ideal for a child under 4 years old and the single bed is a floor mattress.

There’s a choice of subway stations only moments away: Marcadet, Jules Joffrin and Simplon are all under 5 minutes’ walk and Gare du Nord station is accessible via subway in 6 minutes. The airport is around 45 minutes away by train or car.

There’s a separate dining room tucked next door, with bench seating for 6. The primary bedroom has a double bed and narrow steps up a storage mezzanine. The second bedroom is ideal for kids, with a small toddler bed and a mezzanine with a single floor mattress. The contemporary bathroom boasts a separate bathtub and walk-in shower.

Colorful contemporary. This enchanting home boasts great skyline views from the top floor, as well as cool modern interiors. White neutral walls are punctuated with bold blue and teal tones in the living space, while the marble finishes and black hardware in the bathroom look super sophisticated. We love the printed wallpaper in the dining room, the exposed beams in the bedroom and the clever compact wall storage.
