Why Kids Love it

While there are no toys or books for kids here, it’s easy enough to explore the family-friendly sights of the city nearby. It’s 15 minutes’ walk to the Eiffel tower gardens, where you’ll find a carousel, puppet theater and playground. Continue over the river to the Trocadero gardens, where you’ll find the city aquarium, child-friendly museums and another playground.

Things to Know

No pets, parties or smoking.The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. All guests will receive a rental agreement prior to their stay which you are required to sign and submit. Being on the fourth floor, you'll be relieved to hear this apartment comes with an elevator. The trundle bed in the second bedroom can comfortably sleep 2 guests.

It’s just a few minutes’ walk to both Invalides or Varenne stations. The airport is around 1 hour away by car or train.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There’s a stylish open plan living/dining room, with a beautiful fireplace and dining table to seat 4. The separate kitchen has a compact breakfast bar. The primary bedroom features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom has a convertible trundle double bed (sleeping 1 or 2). The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate bathtub, while the other bathroom has a walk-in shower only.
