Style Notes

Contemporary family. Featured in Lonny Magazine, My Domaine, and Tribeca Citizen, this stunning apartment was completely renovated in 2014 by acclaimed architects Damian & Britt Zunino and Studio DB and decorated by Studio Riga's celebrated interior designer, Jenny Vorhoff. The interiors are as functional as they are beautiful, making this apartment an ideal getaway for the stylish family. We love the graphic wallpaper in the breakfast nook, the shaggy sheepskin chairs and the sunny and playful roof garden.

We loved our Moore St stay! The neighborhood is perfect for families- lots of great coffee shops, the amazing Hudson River park just down the street, and I was able to do some barre classes at the local studio! The home itself is also perfect- beautiful decor, lots of space, and everything you need for cooking and entertaining a family. We’d love to stay again!

Truly a dream home/stay! We adored our time at the N Moore Street Residence and didn't want to leave. In fact, our 17 month old cried as he said "goodbye" to each room and toy in the house! Allison and family were so incredibly kind and all the details of the home were impeccable and perfect for our family of 3. Everything from the dollhouse and play kitchen to the design of the home (there is a thoughtful pocket door that closes off the bedrooms and more) to easy access to kid-friendly cafes and restaurants, we could not have loved our stay more. Allison was also so incredibly thoughtful with providing great recommendations about neighborhood favorites as well as a welcome food basket that we noshed on all through our stay. There was no detail left behind; she even left colored bath drops for bath time, which my son fell in love with! Her eye for design is top-notch and we found ourselves completely at home. We most loved the booth dining area, that allowed for easy family friendly dinner. Allison was even so generous to offer up use of her Peloton, which we were able to get some good workouts while it snowed outside. We have been home for less than a week, but are already planning our next trip back. We're dying to get back to N Moore! Thank you Allison and Kid and Coe!

Tribeca, Manhattan

Skyscrapers, cobbled streets and culture

One of New York City’s most expensive and desirable neighborhoods, Tribeca is nonetheless a great location for a family vacation. Bring the kids to experience a slice of culture, NYC-style, wandering the cobbled streets, checking out historic buildings as well as parks and unique toy and grocery shops.
