Style Notes

Traditional with luxurious details. This Tuscan country house has exposed brickwork, beautifully tended gardens and a luxury pool. Inside, apartments have exposed beam ceilings, tiled floors and bright white walls. Beds are made up with mainly white linens, and bedrooms have imposing armoires for clothes. We particularly love the daybeds and the gardens with views of the countryside and the Tuscan hills of Val di Cecina.

Tuscany, Italy

Olive groves, vineyards and rolling hills

This region of central Italy is as picture-perfect as you’ve heard: all rolling countryside, cypress trees, hazy views and historic stone villages. For those too young to enjoy wine, olive oil and relaxing, there are water parks, child-friendly heritage sites and theme parks, meadows and woods to play in, and donkeys to befriend. Hire a car and explore the surrounding area, buy fresh pasta to cook at home later, or spend afternoons in vineyards deciding which variety of Chianti you like the best.
