This one-storey family residence on the west side of Los Angeles is well located for the ocean, Venice Beach and LAX airport, and sleeps up to 5 +1. It’s a very child-friendly home with a grassy garden and a separate playhouse in it plus plenty of books, toys, games and bikes to play with. We love the location - a short drive from the coast and walking distance from restaurants and a gourmet market. Enjoy spending your days cycling along the coast in the sunshine, exploring beaches and eating ice cream with a view of the water. The residence is also close to Marina del Rey, where you can boat-spot, picnic and play in one of the city’s best playgrounds. It’s a great way to experience life as a local family.

Westchester, Los Angeles

Boats, planes and beaches

On the westside of LA, this district stretches to the ocean and includes LAX airport, Marina del Rey and beaches along the coast up to Venice. There’s easy access to central LA and the ocean and the area includes one of the city’s best playgrounds, Glen Alla Park at Marina del Rey, all themed around boats, of course.
