Perks for the Parents
A stylish Williamsburg townhouse with lots of space to play and relax, just minutes from local playgrounds. It sleeps 6 + 1. The fully-equipped kitchen and flexible layout is perfect for any family looking for both short or long term accommodation. Parents will love relaxing in the kingsize primary bedroom while kids feel home away from home in their own space with bunk beds and toys. An additional queen room is perfect for older children, grandparents or nanny. This centrally-located apartment is in a great spot, with Brooklyn’s best on your doorstep or the sights of Manhattan just a short subway ride away.
Why Kids Love it
Kids will love the dedicated room for them, which includes bunk beds, toys, books and lots of space to play. A travel crib, high chair, baby toys and baby bath and baby monitor will be provided. Scooter and bicycle and helmets are also available on request. The area is home to numerous parks to explore, including the waterfront Domino Park and nearby McCarren Park.
Things to Know
Minimum stay: 3 nights. Safety notes: there are no stairs in the apartment but there is a staircase up to it from the entrance to the building, so the apartment would not be suitable for those with mobility issues. The hosts can provide a baby bath, baby monitor, children’s utensils and a high chair on request. Free street parking is readily available everywhere in the neighborhood, although car rental is not strictly essential due to the central area and proximity to public transport. Ask the hosts about local babysitters or housekeeping services for your stay.
About the Location
Centrally located in one of the hippest neighborhoods, the quiet tree lined streets are walkable and charming in this area of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Whether you’re into fashion, food or entertainment, you’ll be mere steps away from the best coffee, cuisine, bars and shopping. Manhattan is just minutes away via subway to explore the city’s iconic museums, sites and landmarks. The nearest subway stations are Lorimer St and Metropolitan Av (both 2 minutes’ walk). JFK and LaGuardia airports are around 1 hour away by subway; Newark is around 1 hour 15 minutes.
Accommodation Details
The upper floor of a bright and airy townhouse, the apartment offers a spacious open kitchen and dining area. There is a generous primary bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen sized bed, a kids room with a bunk bed and lots of toys and books. There is one bathroom with bathtub and shower. With 3 skylights and large windows natural light floods the space all day. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for more options.
Style Notes
Bright, airy, stylish and chic. A quintessential Brooklyn family pad, the exposed brickwork and skylights to keep the rooms bright and happy. We love the kids room with all of its punches of color and the use of textiles throughout the space to add warmth and a personal touch.

Williamsburg, Brooklyn
The hippest tots in the hood
Williamsburg, aka ‘Babyburg’, is a hip family hangout. Swing down to the waterfront to watch the boats then hit the Smorgasburg street food market at snacktime. Grass is rolled out on Bedford Ave at the weekend for impromptu picnics, and the neighborhood is packed with street-art inspired play spaces, playgrounds and an array of hip kids boutiques.
