Packing Cube Tips

  • Packing cubes also help with your unpacking, because you can lift them straight into closets or bathrooms and keep them stored in the same categories. This set of 6
  • Antler Packing Cubes has multiple sizes for everything from clothes to jewellery or underwear.
  • Just like with your regular packing cubes, invest in a sturdier Beis In-Flight Cosmetic Set to store your make-up. Keep it all in the same bag for storage during your stay.
  • Garment Bags are great for storing complete outfits in your luggage, and they’ll help to keep ironed clothing less creased.

How to Pack Travel Accessories

  • Pack a whole separate set of skincare products and cosmetics just for travel. It’s not as extensive as a full home set – keep it travel-size to comply with carry-on liquid restrictions and this also helps with packing light. This means you don’t have to re-pack or un-pack these items between trips.
  • If your airline restrictions allow it, always travel with an additional small cross-body bag to store your passport, phone and any other travel documents for easy access.
  • Tech Organisers are vital if you’re on a work trip and you can set it up the day before you travel to make sure all your chargers and tech accessories are packed.

More Hacks for Frequent Fliers

  • Prepare outfits for each day/event you’ll need the week before you travel, and get them dry-cleaned and ironed locally. Outsource as much as you can so you can concentrate on the rest of your preparations.
  • If you can, download as much as you can offline before you travel, so the flight isn’t wasted time. Scan emails for any documents you can read, download your destination city guide, or save news articles you need to catch up on.
  • Prep and freeze home-cooked meals (or book a groceries delivery) for the night you return home, so you don’t end up grabbing fast food at the airport.
  • Look for a carry-on with a compression system, like the Briggs & Riley expandable spinner, so you can really maximise that packing space.
  • If you’re packing for kids too, you’ll need a whole separate family packing list  and dedicated family luggage sets for ease.
