We collect the following categories of information:
When you respond to a survey, contact us to receive technical support assistance or sign up to become a Host or a Guest, you will be asked to provide certain information which may include first name, last name, e-mail address, and a brief bio about yourself (if applicable) ("Contact Information"). The Contact Information is used to provide by our sales, support and Services teams to provide the requested Services or information, and to contact Hosts, and Guests for purposes of direct marketing of our current and future Services.
Guests who wish to book an accommodation may be asked for additional information about their booking request which may include the number of children in their party and details about their trip ("Guest Information"). The Guest Information will be provided to the Host of the applicable property. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to request and obtain further evidence of identification from Hosts and/or Guests prior to accepting a property to the Site for listing or processing a booking request, as applicable. Our decisions regarding the adequacy of identification and acceptance of a property and/or booking shall be made solely at our discretion.
Hosts, who you wish to list a property for rent will also be asked to provide information about the property which may include address of the property, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, list of amenities, and other information about the property ("Property Information"). The Property Information is used to provide the Services, including but not limited to, listing the property for rent on the Website.
If you choose to book an accommodation as a Guest, purchase products and services from Kid & Coe, or as a Host offer your home or other properties for rent to prospective Guests, you will be required to provide your credit card, bank account information and other payment related information necessary to process your booking request or purchase (collectively, the "Billing Information"). Billing Information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor operating as our agent (See, Onward Transfers to Third Parties). Kid & Coe does not directly obtain or process any Billing Information.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION INFORMATION.
For identity verification purposes, you will be required to provide a Government ID, photograph(s), and other information necessary to verify your identity (collectively, the “Identity Verification Information”). Identity Verification Information is collected and processed by Onfido, our third-party identity verification provider operating as our agent (See, Onward Transfers to Third Parties). Kid & Coe does not directly obtain or process any Identify Verification Information.
In addition to the Contact Information, Guest Information, and Property Information, we may also collect or receive the following information:
When you visit the Website or use the Services, we may automatically collect certain information such as the name of your Internet service provider, the pages you viewed on our Website, the number of links you click within our Website, search terms, operating system, website traffic and related statistics, keywords, the state or country from which you accessed our Website, the date and time of your visit, the type of browser or computer you use, the web page from which you linked to our Website, your "IP" or Internet Protocol address and other data.
Web beacons, also known as "clear gif" technology, are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of web site users. Unlike cookies, which can be stored on a user's computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We may use web beacons to help us manage Content on the Website by tracking what Content is effective.

In such event, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to process your payments and/or verify your identity using alternative means, but your decision to opt-out may limit your use of the Website, the Mobile App and/or our Platform.

Any Content or personal information published on the Website is public and accessible by any third party. If you participate in chat rooms, blogs, message or bulletin boards, news groups or similar forums, your username will be posted on the Website. Any Content or personal information published on the Website may also appear in search engine results (such as Yahoo!, MSN, Google, Altavista, and other search engines) and in the cache of those search engines, in feeds and third party websites pursuant to cobranding agreements. We have no control over updating and/or removal of such Content or personal information, which is the sole responsibility of the search engines, third party websites and RSS web feed resources. You agree and acknowledge that Kid & Coe is not be liable for the information published in search results or by any third party website that carries any Content or personal information published on the Website. We strongly discourage posting any information on these features or in any Content or personal information posted by you that you do not want others to see or use.
We do not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users that visit the Website or use the Services. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to post, view and distribute communications, Content and personal information via the Website, Kid & Coe is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating thereto. However, we reserve the right to block or remove communications, Content, personal information or other submissions to the Website, for any reason in our sole and absolute discretion.
We may, directly or indirectly through third party service providers, serve personalized advertisements for products and services that may be of interest to you when you visit the Website and third party websites. We cannot guarantee the security of the databases where your personal information is stored and processed, nor can we guarantee that the information that you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to and from us over the Internet including, without limitation, information included within emails. You should not disclose your Password and ID to anyone and you should always remember to log off, especially if you are using a shared computer. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Password and ID, and for any use of your Password and ID, whether or not you have authorized such use.
LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES.
The Website is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. Kid & Coe does not knowingly collect or use any personal information from such children. If you are under the age of 13, do not submit any information through this Website. If we learn that we collected personal information from children under the age of 13, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as possible.
