Hi! My name is Maria. I'm a mom to 2 amazing kids. Whenever we can, we love spending time at our home in Accord. It's such a special house and truly is our happy place. We're big into traveling, cooking, music, books and spending lots of quality time with friends and family. And we are huge fans of Kid & Coe!

The most magical place I have been in a long time. Peaceful, beautiful, comfortable, and just perfect for our family. I would stay forever if I could! Maria is the bomb! She was completely receptive and available any time I had a question and the house has everything you could ever need.

This was a beautiful and serene home, we loved our stay. We particularly loved the gorgeous master bath, our toddler loved 'swimming' in the big tub. The huge yard and trampoline was also a bit hit. We enjoyed walking to the neighbors for fresh eggs and spying on the chickens and ducks. Overall this was a great stay and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We had a really wonderful stay at Maria's home. The house itself is beautiful and the interior is very tastefully decorated. All rooms are spacious which was ideal for 2 couples, one toddler and a baby. The bathrooms are fantastic and I particularly loved soaking in the roll top bath in the master bathroom! The kitchen is incredibly well stocked for budding chefs and was perfect to crate our Thanksgiving feast! My toddler loved running around the garden and the trampoline was a nice surprise for him! All communication ahead of and during the stay was excellent. Thank you Maria and Ben for a great stay, we will be back! The Prince Family.

Maria's house was lovely! It was the perfect escape from NYC and our girls enjoyed running through the sprinklers in her fenced in yard for hours each day. The house was beautifully decorated and conveniently located to so many family-friendly activities. Already planning our return trip! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We absolutely loved staying at this house! Our family of four (kids ages 2-5) find this upstate home just PERFECT - the front and backyards are huge & enclosed, the kitchen is outfitted for a gourmet chef with the variety of cookware, pots, equipment that you'd never find in other vacation homes, the kids' room have plenty of toys & books, there's audio equipped in all of the main rooms so you can enjoy music while you are cooking in the kitchen, grilling out back, or lounging in the living room. The decor is beautifully done, the beds are super-comfortable to sleep in, and the house is just incredibly charming all throughout. I would highly recommend this place for a family looking for a low-key, very well-equipped, upstate retreat.

We have stayed at many vacation rentals, and as I'm sure you can imagine they can be hit or miss. The house was not only beautiful but perfectly equipped to meet our needs. Our sons loved the toys and backyard. We would look forward to renting your home again in the future. Thank you for the welcome bottle of wine and for purchasing the crib rails for our toddler!
