Lounge in the sunshine around the pool, visit one of the area’s desirable golf courses or simply stroll to the nearby beaches - this region is lined with endless sandy shores and calm shallow waters stretching for miles.

Why Kids Love it

The villa feels fun and vibrant, with a shaded outdoor space that’s ideal for playing or afternoon naps. Kids will love the nearby beaches (accessible on foot) for building sandcastles and there are plenty of family-friendly activities in this popular tourist area, including Zoomarine aquarium marine park (10 minutes), Aqualand water park (15 minutes) and amusements in Albufeira (15 minutes). For parents with babies or toddlers, a high chair and crib can be available on request.

Things to Know

Safety notes: As the swimming pool is a single-depth pool (7x4m) with no access ladders or steps, we recommend taking extra care when staying with small children or weak swimmers. A security deposit of €500 is charged to the guest’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded 2 weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. Check in: 5pm. Check out: 10am. An extra €200 per stay is to be paid at the time of the booking for end of stay cleaning. Bed linen, bath towels and tourist tax are included in the rental price. Sorry - no pets. Airport transfer can be arranged for an additional fee, on request. Parking is available although car rental is not essential.

About the Location

The house is located in Gale, right on the coast in the beautiful Algarve region of Portugal. The stunning beaches of Praia da Gale are 10 minutes away on foot - miles of soft sand and endless ocean views await. It’s on a quiet residential street but just a few minutes away from the bustling center of Gale, which has a range of amenities, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. There’s even a cinema in town and attractions like Aqualand and prestigious golf courses less than 20 minutes away by car. The capital of the Algarve, Albufeira, is also just a short hop away by car (around 15 minutes) and Faro international airport is around 35 minutes away by car.

Accommodation Details

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. On the ground floor, the open plan living area features a modern lounge space with comfy sofas and a widescreen satellite TV with a DVD player, as well as a dining area. There’s a fully-equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ for easy family meals. A second outdoor dining space is also available on the terrace which overlooks the pool. This floor also has 1 kingsize bedroom with access to a balcony. Upstairs, the remaining 3 bedrooms have kingsize beds and ensuite bathrooms. There’s also 1 additional bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. One extra single bed can be added if needed, on request. On this upper level, a wraparound balcony offers stunning views of the town below.
