Why Kids Love it

Younger guests enjoy the beach and shared oceanfront pools. From the balcony, they can spy dolphins, fishing boats and more; afternoon shade and sea breezes make the oceanfront balcony an inviting spot all day long. The nearby dunes are alive with rabbits, gopher tortoises, and numerous birds. The condo includes a selection of popular DVDs and games. For teenagers, biking along a bike path just behind the condo is a lot of fun. Surfing and bodyboarding is popular with many teens; they may also enjoy a short hike on the beach to the fishing pier.

Sand and sea. Newly decorated with updated furnishings, fixtures and art, the tile floors and earth tones invoke the surrounding sand and dunes. Blues and greens from the ocean accent the color palette. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors welcome you to a huge private fourth floor oceanfront balcony. This is our personal vacation home. We are a family of four with 2 daughters and we love spending time together at the beach. We live in Atlanta and love our trips to 'The Island.' We hope you will enjoy the condo as much as we do! We love being right next door to the Ritz-Carlton and walking over to enjoy the amenities. We have been visiting and vacationing on Amelia Island for years. When we decided to buy a vacation home we knew this was the best spot in Florida and along the east coast. We love the restaurants and shops plus all the outdoor activities in the area. We also enjoy a quieter day reading a book while sitting on the beach or our private balcony.
