This is a truly spectacular getaway for families looking for that ultimate beach vacation. The hosts here will help plan all your activities, book spa services, or set up beach bonfires and barbecues for your family. There’s even Adirondack chairs, loungers and a firepit set up on the beach so you can enjoy your own private space on the ocean. Get the family together for a movie night on the sand (there’s an outdoor screen) or take the kids out on the kayaks and paddleboards (there’s also an outdoor beach shower for when you come out of the water). Ask the hosts for a wine delivery service and a private chef to make the experience even more special.

Why Kids Love it

This house is great for kids of all ages, but it’s probably best for swimmers due to the proximity of the pool and the ocean - they’ll want to spend every day in the water! The beach-front location is perfect for water sports - the hosts have kayaks, paddle boards, bikes and a beach volleyball net set up for guests to use. Indoors, there is a shuffleboard table, board games, darts and Apple TV for the days when they’ve had enough sun. Teenagers will love the separate beach suite, which has its own private entrance, bathroom and living area, as well as an xbox and a huge TV.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 7 nights. 10-14 nights during Festive season. For “Festive” bookings (2 weeks around Christmas/New Years) the hosts take 50% non refundable deposit, remainder due 60 days prior to check in. See cancellation details in the drop down. Safety notes: you can gate off the main house to prevent small children from going to the pool or beach unattended. The jacuzzi needs to be kept with the cover on, as it is not fenced. The balcony has a rope railing so young children should be supervised in this area. Rates include daily housekeeping, turn-down service, laundry services, a 24/7 concierge service, staff on site to help set up beach equipment and a jeep for getting around. For an additional cost, the hosts can even arrange a private chef, party planner, driver, daily breakfast platter, other watersports activities, massages (on the beach or in-room) or a yoga instructor. The house can also be booked with a neighboring beach villa to sleep up to 20 guests - ask the host about booking the additional property. Note that an additional 23% of the total cost of the stay will be charged separately on booking acceptance for Antigua Tax and property Service Charge.

About the Location

The house is located right on the beach on the northern coast of Anguilla in The Caribbean. Anguilla is consistently voted as having some of the best beaches in the world. White powdery sand, clear, blue waters and wonderful, friendly locals are part of the journey here. The island has a rustic vibe, but it can still cater for every modern traveller’s demands. The privacy and slow pace here is ideal for families looking to get away from it all, but it does mean that you might have to spend a little more time getting here. It’s 10 minutes drive from Anguilla (AXA) airport, you can fly to AXA from San Juan, Puerto Rico and there will be some direct flights from Miami. Most commonly you can fly to Saint Maarten and the concierge will book a 25 minute boat or 10 minute plane transfer to Anguilla from there. Guests can use the courtesy vehicle provided during their stay for local excursions. The hosts can help with pre-arrival travel arrangements (including a meet-and-greet at the airport or ferry arrival) and setting up private charter flights.

Accommodation Details

The beach house has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the main house and 1 bedroom plus 1 bathroom in the separate studio suite. All of the bedrooms have kingsize beds and ensuite bathrooms. The main house has multiple indoor/outdoor dining areas and a huge open plan living space. Families will love the expansive kitchen, which comes with a large island with breakfast bar, wine fridge, Keurig coffee machine and ice maker. The separate studio has its own 50-inch TV, living area, dining table and outdoor shower - the closest you’ll ever get to sleeping right on the sand!

Barefoot luxury. This elegant yet relaxed home is full of cozy seating, inside and out, which creates a welcoming space for tired travelers. The hosts have chosen a fun art collection to add pops of color to the classic white neutral palette. Sink into the kingsize memory foam mattresses and plentiful luxury linens for a good night’s sleep. We love the coastal touches (think sea-shell decorations and nautical blue cushions), the rustic wooden furniture and the luxurious marble countertops.

Cancellation policy

If the booking is cancelled within 30- 60 days of scheduled arrival, deposits are not refundable, however the stay may be rescheduled to a future date, at prevailing rates, within the following 12 months period. Living on the beach in Anguilla is an idyllic life, but we love to experience what the rest of the world has to offer. Our kids love sailing, paddle boarding, tae kwon do and piano.
