This decadent beachfront villa on Anguilla sleeps 12 + 2 and features an infinity-edge pool with private stretch of beach. The onsite concierge staff will meet you at the ferry or airport and whisk you to the luxury residence, complete with onsite staff to handle your laundry and housekeeping needs. Let the kids play on the playground outside while you watch the sunset or take a dip in the infinity pool. You can also arrange spa services, a private chef for formal family meals or diving and fishing trips for an extra fee. The rustic, idyllic island has white sand beaches, clear water and lots of restaurants to try with the whole family.

Payment policy
The price listed on the site excludes tax. There is a 22% tax added on top of the cost of accommodation. This is charged separately once a booking has been accepted.
Cancellation policy
We strongly recommend that guests wait until a booking is officially accepted by the host before booking any flights etc. When a booking is accepted by the host, no refunds are given. We strongly recommend that guests take out adequate travel insurance to cover any eventuality. In addition to the host’s policy which is listed here, all cancellations are subject to a Kid & Coe cancellation fee of 10% of the booking total.

We are a go anywhere, do anything kind of family! We love to travel, and there aren't many destinations that we won't consider. Living on the beach in Anguilla is an idyllic life, but we love to experience what the rest of the world has to offer. Our kids love sailing, paddle boarding, tae kwon do and piano. Our home is rented to A list celebrities, and sure to impress, our staff will pamper you, and we hope you fall in love with our little island, just like we did.
