For days out sightseeing, it’s close to the pretty El Poble-sec area where you can wander around the beautiful gardens and visit the historic Montjuic National Palace.

Why Kids Love it

While there are no books or toys for little children here, there’s plenty to do and see in this family-friendly city. There’s a park and playground round the corner, and it’s 10 minutes’ walk to the Parc de Joan Miro, with its 22m high colorful Woman and Bird sculpture. Jump on the train to the coast (20 minutes) where there are sandy beaches and an aquarium

Things to Know

Premium amenities include free WiFi, cable TV, hotel beds and linens, luxury toiletries, and a Nespresso machine. No smoking, pets or parties. The local law requires every guest to present an ID card/passport upon their arrival to the apartment. Deposit fees will be collected on-site. City tax applied according to the municipality laws and will vary based on number of guests and nights. A damage deposit will be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out subject to an inspection of the property.

About the Location

Located around the corner from the famous Plaza Espanya, the apartment is ideally located on a quiet street close to great museums, fabulous shopping, fine dining and architectural treasures. On foot, you can easily stroll to the Arenas Shopping Center (10 minutes’ walk), the Magic Fountain (15 minutes’ walk) and the Parc de Joan Miro (5 minutes’ walk). Buses run down the street and the Hostafrancs Metro is just down the street (2 minutes walk). The airport is around 15 minutes’ drive or 25 minutes by train.

Accommodation Details

The apartment is located on the second floor and there is an elevator. There’s an open plan living/dining area and separate kitchen, as well as a primary bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a single bed. The bathroom has a shower-over-bathtub.

Payment policy
For cancellations notified at 3 weeks or more from the check-in date, guests can opt for a full credit equal to the value of the amount paid minus a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the booking, which will be retained by Kid & Coe. We will not allow refunds for cancellations notified at 3 weeks or less from the check-in date. City tax will vary based on number of guests and nights and will be charged by the host separately once a booking has been accepted (although subject to change, the rates generally range from €0.50 to €5,75 per person, per night). A damage deposit will also be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out subject to an inspection of the property.
