It’s also in the heart of the city, so you can explore the Gothic Quarter of the gardens of El Poble-sec within a 15-minute walk.

Why Kids Love it

While there are no toys or books for little kids here, it’s a great area for exploring the city’s family-friendly attractions. With the beach just a few minutes away, you’ll be hard-pressed to find better entertainment for kids: the waterfront has a Maritime Museum, an aquarium, a cable car to ride on, heaps of gardens and green spaces, plus a harbor where you can watch the boats sail in. A crib is also available on request.

Things to Know

Premium amenities include free WiFi, cable TV, hotel beds and linens, luxury toiletries, and a Nespresso machine. There is an elevator in the building. No smoking, pets or parties. The local law requires every guest to present an ID card/passport upon their arrival to the apartment. Deposit fees will be collected on-site. City tax applied according to the municipality laws and will vary based on number of guests and nights. A damage deposit will be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out subject to an inspection of the property.

About the Location

The apartment is located in the seaside neighborhood of Poble Nou. Only a short stroll away from the sea (9 minutes), you can take surfing lessons, eat at one of the many seaside restaurants, or relax on the sunny beaches. For a post-beach snack, tour the bustling Palo Alto Market (15 minutes), where street vendors offer up fresh produce and local delicacies. The Ciutadella Vila Olímpica metro station is a three-minute walk from the apartment, for access to the city’s downtown attractions. The airport is around 20 minutes’ drive or an hour by public transport.

Accommodation Details

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all set on 1 floor. There’s a light and bright living/dining room, with a separate kitchen (with a dining nook). The spacious balcony (accessed via a bedroom) overlooks the sea, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to whip up a family meal. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the third has 2 single beds. There is also a double sofabed for additional guests. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers.

Style Notes

Breezy beach style. The apartment captures the laid-back feel of the sea-side surroundings, with rattan textures, natural wood materials, sandy hues and coastal blues. We love the mix of pattern used in the living area, the unique wall-hung fabrics adding a luxurious feel to the bedrooms and the cute fish motif detail on the kids bedroom wall.

Payment policy
For cancellations notified at 3 weeks or more from the check-in date, guests can opt for a full credit equal to the value of the amount paid minus a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the booking, which will be retained by Kid & Coe. We will not allow refunds for cancellations notified at 3 weeks or less from the check-in date. City tax will vary based on number of guests and nights and will be charged by the host separately once a booking has been accepted (although subject to change, the rates generally range from €0.50 to €5,75 per person, per night). A damage deposit will also be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out subject to an inspection of the property.
