This is a great apartment for parents interested in art and architecture - the bold interiors complement the artistic heritage of this historic city and you’ll be close to spectacular sights such as the Gothic Quarter, Contemporary Art Museum and the Picasso Museum.

While there are no toys or books for little kids in the apartment, you’ll be well-placed to explore the family-friendly attractions of the city. You’ll find a park and garden at the end of the street and you’re just moments away from the Plaza Catalunya, which is a huge tree-lined space that’s ideal when the kids need to run off some steam! For family days out, hit the city beach - just 15 minutes by car or train.

Things to Know

Premium amenities include free WiFi, cable TV, DVD player, hotel beds and linens, luxury toiletries, and a Nespresso machine. There is no bathtub in the property. No smoking, pets or parties. The local law requires every guest to present an ID card/passport upon their arrival to the apartment. Deposit fees will be collected on-site. About the Location

Located in the bustling city center, the apartment is within walking distance of many of Barcelona’s most iconic attractions. It’s only steps from the Palau de la Música and just a few stops to the Sagrada Familia Basilica. Stroll 5 minutes the other way, and you’ll arrive at the Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia, and the Las Ramblas pedestrian mall. The Urquinaona metro station is just outside (1 min), as are several bus stops.

Accommodation Details

This apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a separate living/dining area. Both the bedrooms have a double bed, and there’s also a double sofabed in the living area for additional guests. Please note the washing machine is in the bathroom and there is no bathtub.

Payment policy
For cancellations notified at 3 weeks or more from the check-in date, guests can opt for a full credit equal to the value of the amount paid minus a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the booking, which will be retained by Kid & Coe. We will not allow refunds for cancellations notified at 3 weeks or less from the check-in date. City tax will vary based on number of guests and nights and will be charged by the host separately once a booking has been accepted (although subject to change, the rates generally range from €0.50 to €5,75 per person, per night). A damage deposit will also be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out subject to an inspection of the property.
