Why Kids Love it

This home doesn’t have any toys or books specifically for little ones, but there’s plenty to entertain kids in this city. There are 2 playgrounds within a 10-minute walk, or you can head to the coast for days at the beach or at the aquarium. For days out, you’re well-placed to visit the attractions in Vallvidrera (20 minutes’ drive): you’ll find an amusement park, funicular ride, science museum and an observatory. A crib and high chair are available on request.

Things to Know

Premium amenities include free WiFi, cable TV, hotel beds and linens, luxury toiletries, and a Nespresso machine. No smoking, pets or parties. The local law requires every guest to present an ID card/passport upon their arrival to the apartment. Deposit fees will be collected on-site. City tax applied according to the municipality laws and will vary based on number of guests and nights. A damage deposit will be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out subject to an inspection of the property.

About the Location

The residence is located in Barcelona's Gracia neighborhood - close to great shopping, dining and many of the most famous attractions. It’s less than 10 minutes’ walk to visit the home of Antoni Gaudi, and 15 minutes by bus to La Sagrada Familia, Plaza Catalunya or Eixample. The nearest metro stations are Fontana (5 minutes’ walk), Lesseps (8 minutes’ walk) and Joanic (11 minutes’ walk). The airport is around 20 minutes’ drive or 45 minutes by public transport.

Accommodation Details

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, all set on 1 floor. You’ll find an open plan L-shaped living/dining room and kitchen, with a dining table to seat 6 and doors leading to a cute compact balcony. Both bedrooms have double beds and there is a single sofabed for extra guests. The bathroom has a shower-over-bathtub. It’s located on the second floor of the building and there is no elevator.

Payment policy
For cancellations notified at 3 weeks or more from the check-in date, guests can opt for a full credit equal to the value of the amount paid minus a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the booking, which will be retained by Kid & Coe. We will not allow refunds for cancellations notified at 3 weeks or less from the check-in date. City tax will vary based on number of guests and nights and will be charged by the host separately once a booking has been accepted (although subject to change, the rates generally range from €0.50 to €5,75 per person, per night). A damage deposit will also be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out subject to an inspection of the property.
