The house also boasts a private garden (a rarity in this part of the city) and it’s just a short walk to Hyde Park, where you can spend days exploring the outdoor swimming ponds, Serpentine Gallery, playgrounds and more. You’ll also be just a few blocks down from Westbourne Grove - a beautiful shopping street with great eateries and exclusive boutiques.
Why Kids Love it
The smaller rooms are ideal for kids and teens, and they’ll love having access to Hyde Park - literally at the end of the street. You’ll be at the north-westerly entrance, which is perfect for visiting the famous Princess Diana Memorial playground (or Kensington Palace for parents) and it’s also just 15 minutes’ walk to Portobello Road and Notting Hill for teens. You can also jump on the tube or take a longer walk up to the canals of Paddington Basin, where kids will love spotting the houseboats on the water.
Things to Know
This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. Pets will be considered on request, where an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our sales advisors for information. This home is spread over 4 floors with no internal elevator. There are several steps up from the street to the front door of this home. One loveable dog lives in this home. They won't be around during your stay but this home may not be suitable for those with allergies. The fireplaces in this home are ornamental. About the Location
Located in the well-connected neighbourhood of Bayswater, the house is close to Hyde Park, Notting Hill and Kensington, via a pleasant stroll across leafy Kensington Gardens. With both Bayswater and Queensway underground stations just a 5-minute walk away, the wider city can be explored with ease. Cultural treats like Kensington Palace, the Serpentine Galleries, and the Royal Albert Hall are easily accessible, and there are some seriously good restaurants close by, including award-winning Chinese cuisine at Min Jiang and the 3 Michelin-starred Core by Clare Smyth.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, set over 4 floors. There are 3 warm, inviting living rooms, set across split levels: 2 boast a lovely bay window and snug seating, and the other is perfect for cosy movie nights, where you can curl up on the sumptuous sectional. Located on the first level down, the well-equipped kitchen flows into a spacious dining area with a handsome wooden dining table. The bedrooms are also split across 2 levels: there’s a super kingsize room next to a small single, ideal for little ones, plus 2 double rooms on the floor above.
