It’s also close to one of the best shopping streets in this part of the city - Westbourne Grove - where parents can visit independent stores, luxury boutiques and world-class eateries.

Why Kids Love it

There’s a great kids room here, with 2 twins teamed up like a mini cabin, separated with a curtain so they can create a ‘camp’ set up at bedtime. They’ll love days out at nearby Hyde Park, visiting the markets of Notting Hill (as seen in the Paddington film). You’ll also be well-placed to visit Buckingham Palace and the museums of South Kensington - this neighborhood is less than half an hour from both via tube.

Things to Know

This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. This home accepts babies, toddlers, and children, but does not accept pets. This home is spread across two levels with no internal elevator. The bedrooms in this home are on the lower-ground floor. The TV in the second bedroom is internet-access only. There are a few steps up to the entrance of this home. The fireplace in this home is ornamental. Tucked away in a traditional white stucco terrace in the heart of Bayswater, this home is within walking distance of Hyde Park, Maida Vale and Notting Hill. This quiet, leafy neighbourhood is perfect for those keen to explore London, with Paddington and Bayswater stations a short walk away for access to the rest of the city. Stroll along the Little Venice canals to spot the city’s houseboats, spend the day exploring Portobello Road Market, or visit Hyde Park for the Serpentine Museum and outdoor swimming ponds.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, set over 2 floors. The primary bedroom cocoons with blush botanical wallpaper and a decadent super kingsize bed, finished with a little desk beneath the eaves in an alcove, for home working. The second bedroom, ideal for little ones, features twin beds with a curtain rail that creates a snug nook at bedtime. This bedroom also has a vibrant ensuite bathroom with statement tiling and fabric prints. The living/dining area and kitchen is on the lower level.

Cancellation policy
Applicable to stays up to 60 nights: If guests need to cancel, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before the arrival date. Should guests cancel within 14 days of the arrival date, the booking will be non-refundable. Applicable to stays of 60 nights or more: If guests wish to cancel, we refund 50% of the first 60 nights, up to 14 days before the arrival date. Should guests cancel within 14 days of arrival the first 60 booked days are non-refundable. During the stay, guests are able to cancel at any time within 30 days notice; the remaining nights of the stay will be refundable, however, the first 60 days will remain non-refundable. In addition to the hosts policy which is listed here, all cancellations are subject to a Kid & Coe cancellation fee of 15% of the booking total.
