The Porchester Square VI Residence
Perks for the Parents
A fun and colorful duplex close to Notting Hill, Paddington and Hyde Park, with beautiful interiors and a dedicated kids room. Sleeps 4. Grown-ups will love the pretty-in-pink primary bedroom, which feels lush and cozy after busy days in the city. It’s also close to one of the best shopping streets in this part of the city - Westbourne Grove - where parents can visit independent stores, luxury boutiques and world-class eateries.
Why Kids Love it
There’s a great kids room here, with 2 twins teamed up like a mini cabin, separated with a curtain so they can create a ‘camp’ set up at bedtime. They’ll love days out at nearby Hyde Park, visiting the markets of Notting Hill (as seen in the Paddington film). You’ll also be well-placed to visit Buckingham Palace and the museums of South Kensington - this neighborhood is less than half an hour from both via tube.

The primary bedroom cocoons with blush botanical wallpaper and a decadent super kingsize bed, finished with a little desk beneath the eaves in an alcove, for home working. This bedroom also has a vibrant ensuite bathroom with statement tiling and fabric prints. The living/dining area and kitchen is on the lower level.
Style Notes
Contemporary English country house. The home boasts heritage colour palettes and prints paired with bold art and witty style accents. The delightful living room feels homely and inviting with plush sofas, pastel hues, and floods of natural light, while the cozy dining area centers around a rustic wooden table. We love the mix of prints and textiles in the dining area, the wallpaper in the hallway and the striking animal print artwork in the kids bedroom.
