Perks for the Parents

This bijou apartment is 15 minutes by metro to The Pompidou Center and is well set up for a family stay. It sleeps up to 4. Parents will appreciate the full kitchen and family-sized dining area. There’s a balcony that spans the width of the apartment with a table and seating for morning coffee and croissants overlooking Paris. The rest of the capital is easily explored by public transport - Le Marais and Notre-Dame are 15 and 20 minutes by metro.

Why Kids Love it

The apartment has plenty of toys and books for children under 3. The children’s room is quiet, bright and colorful and contains 2 toddler beds with bed guards. There are also 2 high chairs, a baby rocker, potty and a bike and scooter if required. The living room is large enough to give them space to play. It’s a 10-minute walk to the lovely 19th century park, Les Buttes Chaumont, where there are children’s’ playgrounds, a waterfall and a lake.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 4 nights. The apartment is on the top floor of the block and very quiet. There is a balcony 100% secure for young children with high protections. The flat is safe and secure with access via 2 digital codes. There are ungated internal stairs.

About the Location

The apartment is in the Belleville neighborhood of Paris and a short walk to the local metro station. Belleville is multicultural, bohemian and family-friendly, and in the 20th arrondissement. Orly Airport and Charles de Gaulle Airport are both 1 hour away by public transit or 45 minutes by taxi.

This residence has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is on the 5th floor with an elevator. There is an open plan kitchen/dining and living space. There is a queensize bedroom, a kids’ room with 2 toddler beds and a family bathroom with a tub and a shower. Every room in the house has doors that open to the child-safe balcony with views over Paris.

Style Notes

Modern family. Despite being close to the center of the city here, the balcony gives a lovely view of roof and tree tops and a feeling of space. Being on the last floor of the block means this apartment is quieter than most. There are soft colors and modern furnishings throughout. We love the wooden floors, the bookshelves and the contemporary kitchen.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 10% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 10% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.
