This is a great set up for visiting families, with plenty of space for the grandparents or a nanny. You can jump on the subway to explore the city center’s fascinating history, or discover the many galleries and museums nearby in this quiet residential area.

Why Kids Love it

There are toys and books for kids available in the children’s bedroom, but there isn’t a crib or any baby gear, so it’s only ideally suited for toddlers and older kids. For days out, it’s within walking distance of Berlin Zoo, which is surrounded by acres of green spaces, playgrounds and the city’s aquarium (around 10-15 minutes’ walk).

Things to Know

Minimum stay: X nights. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and there is an elevator. There are no stairs in the apartment so it’s safe for kids. Please note there is no outdoor area. Strollers can be taken upstairs to the apartment. Car rental is not necessary as the public transport system is fast and efficient.

About the Location

The apartment is located in Savignyplatz, in the heart of Charlottenburg in Berlin. There are playgrounds nearby and parks at both ends of the street. It's a very nice, quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafes. It’s easy to get around on foot and close to the Kudamm with many shops and eateries. It is just 4 minutes’ walk to Savignyplatz S-Bahn station and 10 minutes’ walk to Zoologischler Garden train station. The historic city center is around 10 minutes by train. Berlin airport is around half an hour by car or 1 hour by train.

Accommodation Details

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There’s a large eat-in kitchen and a separate living room with Netflix and TV. Next to the kitchen you’ll find the primary bedroom with a queensize bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom (with a queensize bed) is next to the children’s bedroom (with 1 single bed and another single trundle bed). Please note there is no bathtub; the second bathroom has a WC and washing machine only.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 10% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 10% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.
