While there are no toys or books for kids here, they’ll love having 2 roof terraces to explore and enjoying some al fresco meals created on the BBQ. It’s also just 2 minutes from the city’s biggest green space: Bois de Boulogne boasts a swimming pool, sports courts, outdoor gym, circus, amusement parks, lakes, fountains, gardens and more! It’s within walking distance of Pont Mirabeau, so you can take a stroll to the river and watch the boats sail by.
Things to Know
No pets, parties or smoking.The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. All guests will receive a rental agreement prior to their stay which you are required to sign and submit. This apartment is on the 8th floor with lift access. You'll find air conditioning throughout. A dog usually lives here so if you have allergies, it's not the home for you. Please be aware, there are cameras within the security system for this home. Pictures are only taken if the alarm goes off. Please note there is no microwave in the apartment.
About the Location
The apartment is located in Paris's sought-after 16th arrondissement, with its grand architecture and chic restaurants, as well as one of Paris's largest landscaped parks, Bois de Boulogne, on your doorstep. Architecture aficionados will love the impressive 1920s Villa Mallet-Stevens round the corner, while tennis fans have Roland Garros nearby. The nearest metro stations are Jasmin (8 minutes) and Porte d’Auteuil (9 minutes).

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, set over 2 floors. On the upper floor you’ll find a living room, rooftop views and a single sofabed, ideal for a child or teen (max height of 150cm). The adjacent kitchen is surrounded by glass to create a bright and open feel, with a dining table for 6. On the lower floor is the primary queensize bedroom, which boasts an astro-turf lawn terrace and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Each room has its own palette, decorated with unique items, books and artefacts to create a true home-from-home experience. We love the pebble mosaic flooring in the second bathroom, the riveted red doors in the hallway and the eclectic artwork in the living room.
