About the Location

The apartment is located in the green district of Luxembourg, close to great shopping, dining and many of the most famous attractions. It’s a 15-minute stroll to reach the museum district for the Magritte Museum, Royal Museums of Fine Art, Coudenberg Palace and the Oldmasters Museum. It’s just 1 minute on foot to Bruxelles-Luxembourg metro station. The airport is just 20 minutes away by train or car.

Accommodation Details

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located on the 4th floor with an elevator. The simple, open plan living/dining room boasts a dining table for 6 and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. Both bedrooms have queensize beds. One bathroom has a walk-in shower only; the second bathroom has a bathtub. There’s also a small balcony with a seating area.

Payment policy
For cancellations notified at 3 weeks or more from the check-in date, guests can opt for a full credit equal to the value of the amount paid minus a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the booking, which will be retained by Kid & Coe. We will not allow refunds for cancellations notified at 3 weeks or less from the check-in date. City tax will vary based on number of guests and nights and will be charged by the host separately once a booking has been accepted (although subject to change, the rates generally range from €0.50 to €5,75 per person, per night). A damage deposit will also be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out subject to an inspection of the property.

Terms and conditions
For safety reasons, an additional security deposit will be collected by credit card according to the apartment size. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out. Subject to an inspection of the property. Self-check-in available. You can obtain and use Digital Keys to open the apartment. The lead guest must be present at the check-in. Keys and entry into the property will not be permitted otherwise. The local law requires every guest to present an ID card/passport upon their arrival at the apartment. You must complete an online check-in form before your stay.
