About the Location

The apartment is located in the Grand Place neighborhood, close to great shopping, dining and many of the most famous attractions. It’s a 5-minute stroll to reach the museum district for the Magritte Museum, Royal Museums of Fine Art, Coudenberg Palace and the Oldmasters Museum. It’s 4 minutes to the Central metro station and 10 minutes to Bruxelles-Chapelle train station. The airport is less than half an hour away by train or car.

Accommodation Details

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, located on the 5th floor with an elevator. You’ll find an open plan living/dining area and kitchen, with stairs leading up to the upper level. The lower level has 1 queensize bedroom, the second bedroom is located upstairs, with rooftop views. The bathroom has a shower-over-bathtub. Two single sofabeds offer additional space for 2 guests.

Simple and neutral. This classic, calming apartment is the perfect retreat for a busy city stay. The hosts have chosen neutral beige, gray and white tones, finished with light wood furnishings and deeper oak textiles for warmth. Payment policy
For cancellations notified at 3 weeks or more from the check-in date, guests can opt for a full credit equal to the value of the amount paid minus a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the booking, which will be retained by Kid & Coe. We will not allow refunds for cancellations notified at 3 weeks or less from the check-in date. City tax will vary based on number of guests and nights and will be charged by the host separately once a booking has been accepted (although subject to change, the rates generally range from €0.50 to €5,75 per person, per night). A damage deposit will also be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out subject to an inspection of the property.

Terms and conditions
For safety reasons, an additional security deposit will be collected by credit card according to the apartment size. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out. Subject to an inspection of the property. Self-check-in available. You can obtain and use Digital Keys to open the apartment. The lead guest must be present at the check-in. Keys and entry into the property will not be permitted otherwise. The local law requires every guest to present an ID card/passport upon their arrival at the apartment. You must complete an online check-in form before your stay.
