Things to Know

Minimum stay: 5 days except Summer when the minimum is 7 days and bookings accepted on a Saturday - Saturday basis only. Tourist tax is not included and should be paid directly to the host on arrival (approximately 4EUR per adult per night, depending on location). The home is safe and secure with 2 automatic gates to enter the property, a fenced yard and private parking. The pool does not have a gate but it is set away from the house. Pets are welcome. The house has Air Conditioning throughout. Airport pick-up from Marseille airport available; car rental is strongly recommended. Washer/dryer and WiFi included. Babysitter available upon request. Welcome basket for kids and adults provided.

Indoor space includes a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and open dining room with tables seating 4-6, a wine cellar, a game room with home cinema, a home office and 4 spacious bedrooms with queensize beds and ensuite bathrooms. A sofa bed and travel crib are provided. There is private parking on the property.

Payment policy
30% of the total cost of the stay is paid on booking acceptance if the check in date is more than 60 days away. If the check in date is 60 days or less, 100% of the total cost of the stay is to be paid on booking acceptance.
Cancellation policy
Up to 60 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total amount is non-refundable. Between 60 days and date of arrival, if the client cancels, full payment is still required. In addition to the host’s policy which is listed here, all cancellations are subject to a Kid & Coe cancellation fee of 15% of the booking total.

This small village in the Alpilles, 15 minutes southeast of Avignon, offers a traditional slice of Provence: men playing boules in the town square, shopkeepers chatting at the weekly farmer’s market and views of cypress trees and vineyards as far as the eye can see. In the west of Provence it is an easy drive from Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Aix-en-Provence and Saint-Remy-de-Provence, Arles and the Camargue, for a full flavor of the region.
