Why Kids Love it

This home is colorful and cozy and so easy to love. Little kids will want to plunge into the giant egg-shaped, freestanding bath in the primary bedroom and then cuddle with their parents and siblings in the enormous super-king bed. The garden is a treat and the perfect spot to play or relax given the mood. Regent's Park is a short stroll away with a gazillion gardens, fun playgrounds, and The London Zoo. Bigger kids will be super stoked to check out the cobblestoned streets of the famed Camden Market.

Things to Know

There is a set of stairs leading up to the main entrance of this home which is set across 3 floors (no elevator). There is no air-conditioning and fans will be placed in all bedrooms during the summer months (and by request during other times of the year). The owners have a dog and so if you have allergies this may not be the place for you. Heathrow airport is around 1 hour away by car or train.

About the Location

The house is located in the neighborhood of Camden, the top musical hub of the city since the 70s. You and your family are a short 6 minutes away from Mornington Crescent tube station (Charing Cross branch of the Northern Line). Plenty of outdoor excursions to be had: Gloucester Gate playground is less than 10 minutes away by foot and The London Zoo is a further 7. Take a 15-minute stroll to the top of Primrose Hill for one of the best vantage points in all of London where you can see the city unfold for miles and miles. Head down towards the West End via Regent's Park or stop at a few of the perfect pubs along the way: The Engineer, The Albert, the Lansdowne - you're spoiled for choice.

Accommodation Details

The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms spread out across 3 floors. The retro-furnished, jewel-toned living room, open-plan kitchen, simple dining room, and gorgeous garden all span the entry-level floor. On the second floor, there is the primary bedroom with a super king-sized bed, magnificent floor to ceiling windows, and an en-suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and shower. On the third floor, there are 2 more bedrooms. A queensize bedroom also has a corner sofa and an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. The third bedroom has a double bed and a leather armchair.

When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
Applicable to stays up to 60 nights: If guests need to cancel, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before the arrival date. Should guests cancel within 14 days of the arrival date, the booking will be non-refundable. Applicable to stays of 60 nights or more: If guests wish to cancel, we refund 50% of the first 60 nights, up to 14 days before the arr ival date. Should guests cancel within 14 days of arrival the first 60 booked days are non-refundable. During the stay, gue sts are able to cancel at any time within 30 days notice; the remaining nights of the stay will be refundable, however, the first 60 days will remain non-refundable. In addition to the hosts policy which is listed here, all cancellations are sub ject to a Kid & Coe cancellation fee of 10% of the booking total.
