We absolutely loved our stay at the Jarry Residence. It was the perfect apartment for our family of four, clean, beautiful and some great toys to keep the little ones entertained. Great location for exploring the city as well as close to the things you need- good cafes, supermarkets, boulangeries and playgrounds!

We spent a lovely 5 nights at the Jarry Residence over Christmas. The apartment is exactly as pictured and was very comfortable for our family of four (two boys - 6 & 2). Gaelle had set up a travel cot for our youngest in the child's bedroom and our boys loved having their own cosy space. There were many touches that made it a great stay with kids - there was a high chair, a fold up baby bath, a change mat and plenty of toys for the kids to play with. The kitchen was new and well stocked with everything you would need and there is a Monoprix and other great local food suppliers close by. The four flights of stairs were a little challenging at times, but it really wasn't so bad. In terms of the area, it is not a touristic part of Paris, which we didn't mind as we have visited Paris many times before and all the major sites are a short metro ride away. It was also nice to experience a culturally diverse residential part of Paris. One attraction that is right next door to the apartment and was a big hit with my older son was the Musee du Chocolat where we did a chocolate making workshop. Gaelle was also very accomodating regarding a modification to our booking so that we could avoid the recent protests, which we highly appreciated. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We loved our stay at Gaelle's apartment. We found the apartment to be a great location for us, near some nice bakeries, restaurants, and shops. The place was great for my husband and I with our 17 month old daughter. It was great having a room with toys and a crib for her to sleep in. The apartment was just as advertised. We hope we can go to Paris and stay here again sometime!

The Jarry Residence was a wonderful home away from home for my husband, me, and our 4 year old daughter during the 2 weeks we stayed there in August-September 2018. We loved getting to explore a neighborhood that we otherwise wouldn't have visited. The Monoprix grocery/department store across the street was open until 9pm and we loved the butcher and bakeries and falafel cafes blocks away. The Jardin Villemin is a short walk away and has 2 playgrounds that my daughter loved. We took the metro everywhere, walking from/to Gare du Nord for the airport and to visit EuroDisney, and walking to the Chateau d'Eau or Strasbourg St Denis metro stops to explore the city. Our daughter had no trouble walking up and down the 4 flights of stairs to the apartment, and being able to leave her stroller in the lobby was very handy. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots and pans and utensils needed to cook and serve meals. My husband and I loved sitting on the little balcony overlooking the bustling street after our daughter went to sleep. There was quite a bit of street noise in the apartment, especially from the bar downstairs, but the kid's room only has a window onto the shaft so was much quieter and I was able to sleep easily with earplugs in. Gaelle was a great host, we would be delighted to stay in the Jarry Residence again!

Had a lovely stay at the Jarry residence. Nice location with lots of good restaurants and cafés nearby and a short 10-minute walk to the Canal St-Martin. The apartment itself was super-clean and well-appointed. Having an actual crib for our infant was a definite plus. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We spent a great 6 days at the Jarry apartment with our 11 month old son. The apartment was a perfect landing spot to explore the city, had everything we needed for the baby, was clean, and we loved the windows and terrace. Having a grocery store across the street made everything much easier. The neighborhood had great shops and restaurants, and it was easy to get anywhere in town on the Metro. Gaelle was super responsive and friendly. We'd stay here again.

The apartment was simple and beautiful. It had everything we needed and we loved the neighbourhood. Close to so many spots we wanted to go to. We had a wonderful time. We mistakenly thought there was a toddler bed in the kids room, but it was a baby crib. Wasn't a problem though, our toddler just slept in bed with us. My only advice would be to offer extra clean towels and possibly a cleaning service for a 7 night stay. Thank you for a wonderful visit to Paris! We will be back. Theresa

My family recently spent 6 days at the Jarry Residence and LOVED it. This was our first Kid and Coe experience, and it's now the only way I want to travel. The baby's room was perfect for our 19 month old, and the home was tastefully chic and simple. The location was nice and central, and my son loved walking to the canal to watch the boats. Though a little dicey in spots, I never felt unsafe, and the grocery store across the street was super convenient. The stairs did get old but really weren't an issue for us, and leaving our stroller downstairs was easy.

We had a wonderful stay at the Jarry Residence. The building was authentically Parisian with a classic spiral staircase up to the 5th floor (2.5 and 5 year old had no problem with the steps). Stylish and well appointed apartment with tons of light. Gaelle was friendly and responsive to work with -- we really appreciated that the basics (coffee, dishwashing soap, hand soap, plastic wrap etc.) were stocked to get you started. Just loved the neighbourhood, lots of young couples and families about, great food options from grocery stores to specialty food shops to take out to hip restaurants. Canal St. Martin, playgrounds and the metro all a short walk away. We would certainly stay here again with or without kids. A perfect setting for pretending to be Parisian ;)

Everything was as pictured. It was relatively easy check-in and check-out process. Gaelle was helpful throughout our communication. The only downside is we underestimated the stairs going up to the apartment. We traveled with our 2yo so it was tough going up and down those stairs on some days with our bags as well. There was also no baby bath tub found, it was only a shower so my daughter wasn't thrilled about that. Otherwise we appreciated the amenities included in the apartment such as washer and dryer and full size kitchen.

Canal St Martin, The 10th arrondissement

Where boho families play

Just north of Le Marais, this is the new playground of the boho generation. Young families ride around on bicycles and picnic by the canal. The metro on the revamped Place de la Republique nearby will take you anywhere in no time, making this a great family holiday spot. You’ll feel like a true Parisian.
