Perks for the Parents

This 3-bedroom villa with a pool in Cape Coral, close to beaches, marinas and playgrounds, includes a sunny lanai and family-friendly spaces. The villa is well set up for families, with an open plan living area with several doors out to the lanai and pool area. The master bedroom and bath are split plan from the family bedrooms and bathrooms, providing some privacy. A baby monitor is provided for those with little ones. New patio/lanai furniture and a new BBQ grill were installed in the summer of 2016.

Why Kids Love it

With a private pool at the house, plus parks, playgrounds, beaches and putt putt golf courses nearby, kids of all ages are well catered for. The villa is set up for babies with a crib, high chair, monitor and light/sound machine. For toddlers there are child-friendly dishes, straw cups, a camp bed, a booster seat, toys and books, a Little Tykes red car and a big wheel. A child safety fence can be put up to separate the lanai and the pool: it allows access to the outside dining area while keeping little ones safe from the pool edge.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 7 days. Changeover days are flexible depending on availability. The residence is laid out over 1 floor with no stairs or stair gates; the pool is not gated but can be on request. The pool can be heated if necessary. Guests are greeted by Angelika and her team from the management company on arrival, to show them around the house and answer any questions. This team is available throughout the stay; they speak English and German. Car rental essential in this location. The laundry room has a front loading washer and dryer as well as an iron and utility sink. The villa is set up with WiFi, cable tv, and air conditioning. Bed linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided.

About the Location

The residence is just outside the center of Cape Coral, a short drive from sandy beaches, marinas, water sports and much more. Cape Coral is in southwest Florida in the Gulf of Mexico, around 2 hours south of Tampa. Nearby attractions include dolphin cruises, golfing, dining, shopping and much more. The area is a 2-4 hour drive to the attractions of Tampa and Orlando, including Busch Gardens, Walt Disney World and Seaworld to name a few. The owners can provide a list of local playgrounds, beaches, activities and more on booking. The closest major airport is Southwest Florida International Airport, a 40-minute drive away; Miami is a 2.5 hour drive away.

Accommodation Details

This 3-bedroom villa has a large open plan living area measuring at 200 sqm with a lounge and dining area. There is also a family kitchen semi-open to this room. Bedrooms are split plan, with the master bedroom and ensuite to the right and the 2 guest bedrooms, also both ensuite, off the living area. Two bedrooms have kingsize beds and the third has a queensize bed. A travel crib can be added. There is a south-facing lanai and pool, with 180sqm of patio area within a screened pool cage, including sun loungers, chairs, a dining table for 6 and a barbecue grill.

Style Notes

Modern Florida. This bright, modern and open plan villa has lots of space inside and out. It is stylish while still being comfortable and functional. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, the kitchen is fully equipped with an American fridge with ice maker and water, stove/oven, coffee maker, and much more, and the property is well located for fun family experiences. The spacious open plan living/dining space is ideal for a family and the screened outdoor patio and pool area is the highlight of the house.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 10% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 10% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.
