This three-story Victorian townhouse sleeping up to 10 + 1 is big on both character and space. Those with a sophisticated eye will appreciate the eclectic interior, with African textiles and a David Nal-Vad sculpture adding joyful color. It even has a little outdoor space for sunny Brooklyn days. We love the light streaming through the bay window just much as the Le Deun and Tsé-Tsé light fixtures that also brighten the rooms. The mix of families and artists living in the area make for a vibrant scene. Walk to Prospect Park for seasonal activities like concerts and ice skating or stroll the Brooklyn waterfront. The location is ideal for day trips to Manhattan, the Hudson Valley and Long Island beaches.

Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn
Brownstones, delis and gorgeous gardens
This vibrant, desirable Brooklyn neighborhood is filled with a mix of families and artists with a Euro-American community. Known for its brownstones, tree-lined streets and houses with large and lovely front and back gardens, it’s under half an hour from Manhattan by subway. Local parks are fun for kids - Prospect Park is a short car ride away, while Brooklyn Heights Promenade and waterfront walks are a short walk away, for skyscraper views and ferry trips.
