Minimum stay: 4 nights. Safety notes: There is a balcony where young children should take care. Please note that from May 2023 until March 2024 some renovation works are being done in the courtyard. While it will not have an impact during the weekends and evening it may cause noises during the day. If you would like to bring your cat, it can be arranged. You are welcome to play the piano, but it may not be in tune! No smoking or parties. The fireplaces are for decorative purposes only. The single sofa bed is suitable for a child of up to 12 years old. A meet and greet, luxury toiletries, towels and linen, a hotel clean and WiFi are all included in your stay. This is a lived-in home so you should expect to find homeowner belongings and personal items.
About the Location
This apartment is in the 7th arrondissement of Paris; one of the most prestigious and affluent neighborhoods in the city. It’s located on the Left Bank of the River Seine and is home to many famous landmarks and cultural attractions including the Eiffel Tower, world-renowned Musée d'Orsay and Musée Rodin. Take a river cruise on the Siene, burn off steam in the Champ de Mars Park or rent a boat or pedal boat at the nearby Bassin du Luxembourg. You’ll be close to metro station Dupleix, a 72-minute walk. The nearest train station is Champ de Mars Eiffel Tower, about 10 minutes on foot. Get here on Eurostar from London arriving at Gard du Nord or fly to Paris’ main airport Charles de Gaulle CDG (1 hr, 10 mins via metro or 40 mins by taxi).

The living / dining room is a large space with bookshelves, a sofa, armchairs and access to the balcony. The dining area has a grand piano and round dining table seating 5. The kitchen has a breakfast table for 4. The primary bedroom has a queensize bed with views of the typical Hausmann buildings of the area. Bedroom 2 also has a queensize bed and access to the family bathroom that has a bathtub and shower. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and a desk, while Bedroom 4 has a single sofabed that would be suitable for a child up to 12 years old. There is an additional shower room and 2 other WCs as well.
Style Notes
Classic chic. The open spaces of this Parisian apartment, dual aspect windows that let in natural light and ornate cornicing give a sumptuous and classical feel. There are original fireplaces and herringbone parquet flooring throughout. The uplifting hallway is a soft green with mirrored doors that open to the rooms of this residence. The 2 bathrooms are contemporary with showers in each. Meanwhile, the living room defies minimalism with books galore, antique furniture, modern sculptures and art, and large pots filled with succulents. We love unique, sculptural chandelier in the living room, the bright forest green velvet sofa, and the proximity to some of the city’s greatest attractions.
