This light and comfortable 1-storey family home shaded by a spreading oak tree is in a great family neighborhood 15 minutes from the nearest beach and close to Clearwater’s key attractions. With a family kitchen and dining space, garden and bedrooms set up for a family of up to 9, it makes a family stay in the area easy. Nearby beaches include Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach and Anna Maria Island, around 1.5 hours away but worth the trip. There are theme parks including Busch Gardens and Walt Disney World under 2 hours away. Tampa and Clearwater also have several shopping malls.
Why Kids Love it
Toys and more toys along with a great open floor plan that makes you feel connected throughout the house. There are great local parks within 5 minutes by car that are perfect for watching all types of wildlife and several playgrounds too. Toys are suitable for children aged 5 and up. A smaller single bedroom is ideal for young children and a Chicco play area and booster seat are provided for younger children. There is a creek nearby that is great for kayaking, plus a nearby rental company. A store nearby rents bicycles, great for the Pinellas Trail from St. Petersburg to Dunedin which can be accessed near the home.
Things to Know
The residence is on a safe and quiet street. There is a sofa bed in the lounge. Car hire is recommended for this location. There is a supermarket under a mile away and other conveniences within 10-15 minutes’ drive. Limited provision for very young children i.e. no crib, high chair or baby care items provided. No safety hazards - the residence is all on 1 level and requires no stair gates. There is an additional fee of $45 per person per night for each guest above 5 up to the maximum capacity.
About the Location
The residence is in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood perfect for walking, biking and skating. It is in a great location within Pinellas County and is close to shopping, beaches and theme parks. It is within easy reach of the Gulf beaches, Tampa, Orlando and Disney World and only 15 minutes from the nearest beach. St Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport is 15 minutes away.
Accommodation Details
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is on 1 level and has a 1-car garage. The living space is open to a family dining area and full-sized kitchen. A large sectional sofa in the living room can act as an extra bed. Along with a master bedroom with queen bed, there is a separate double bathroom with a shower. The residence has a family bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is an additional single bedroom ideal.
Style Notes
Clean and modern with plenty of light through the many large windows. The majestic oak tree is a big talking point - one of the owners’ favorite features. Bedrooms are uncluttered and comfortable. The garden has stunning floral displays and a neat lawn.
