Style Notes
Dutch colonial revival. A bright, modern and sophisticated residence, thoughtfully renovated to preserve original detailing whilst creating a comfortable and relaxing home base. Original hardwood floors and high ceilings create a light-filled, airy feel throughout, complimented by a beachy New England style paint palette blending neutral tones with greens, blues, and crisp white metro tiling. The open-plan style layout creates plenty of gathering space with cozy sofas and an adjoining dining table ideal for family feasts and post dinner board games. We love the large back garden with its huge lawn generously shaded by ancient trees providing the perfect space to play, picnic and relax.
