The home is one of the few 6-bedrooms in its exclusive luxury development on the Peninsula. A stay here includes an in-house chef (and restaurants nearby), airport transfers, a boat and captain, and an in-home spa. Everything is taken care of, with a friendly team of helpful staff on site at all times, including an English-speaking host and cleaning staff, so you can truly relax and get away from the stress of managing your family life. Parents will love the stunning infinity pool for morning swims, and there’s a spa and gym just a few steps away. For energetic families, there are water-sports and tennis courts within the development, too. When you’re ready to explore, ask the concierge to arrange excursions to see the natural beauty and wildlife of this exotic region.
Why Kids Love it
This house has an open plan layout and has been designed with family groups in mind. The infinity pool is so close to the villa, and can be seen from each level of the house to keep an eye on little ones. The nearby Prieta Beach Club has an Adventure Kids’ Club with CPR-certified teachers and nannies, and there are daily kids’ classes including paddle boarding, surfing, yoga, chocolate-making, and much more (at an additional fee). For family days out there are canopy tours and horseback riding around 20 minutes away. For kids who want serious adventure, you’ll find volcanoes, national parks and white-water rafting around 40 minutes away. For indoor days, the cozy media room includes a TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, plus a PS4 console. Hosts also provide 1 travel crib for babies or toddlers.
Things to Know
Minimum stay: 5 to 7 nights, depending on the season. Weekly rates include: 2 half days on the Coastal Air Nautique and 1 half day on the 40' Barker Motor Catamaran. Stays of 5/6 nights include: 1 half day on the Coastal Air Nautique and 1 half day on the Barker Motor Catamaran. All stays include: pre-arrival and on-site concierge services, daily housekeeping and laundry, an in-house chef and customized menu, a butler, food/beverage stocking prior to arrival, 2 airport transfers, 2 golf carts (1 electric, 1 gas), golf and fishing equipment, plus equipment for surfing, diving, wakeboarding and tubing. Prices are based on occupancy as well as the time of year - ranging from $3000-$6975 (for 10 guests). There are additional charges for golf, restaurant meals, and beach club access, plus a $250/night fee for every 2 guests past 10, up to a maximum of 14. Access to the exclusive Prieta Beach Club with fantastic world-class kids’ activities is available for day pass fees. The villa is safe and secure with live-in staff and security. There is parking available for 2 cars in the garage. Guests will have full access to the Prieta Beach Club and Arnold Palmer Golf Course. Please note that the pool is unfenced so children who are non-swimmers will need close supervision. The villa comes with air conditioning throughout. NOTE: There is a 13% Costa Rica Tax that is charged separately on booking acceptance.
About the Location
The villa is located on the 1,400-acre Peninsula Papagayo on Costa Rica's Gold Coast, famous for its pristine beaches and abundance of wildlife. It’s situated within a private gated luxury development, with security for added peace of mind. The Prieta Beach Club and the Four Seasons Resort with dining and a spa are both a 5-minute drive away. Facilities at Peninsula Papagayo include the 18-hole, par-72 Arnold Palmer Signature golf course, tennis courts, single-track mountain biking, surfing, fishing and a beautiful marina. Fly direct to Liberia International Airport (45 minutes away) from London, Canada or the USA. The concierge service will arrange activities for you prior to your arrival and throughout your stay.
Accommodation Details
This villa has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, set over 3 floors. All bedrooms have a private jungle view as well as large flat-screen TVs (with Netflix, PrimeVideo, and Cable TV), Apple charging stations, and ensuite bathrooms. The upper level is home to 3 kingsize bedrooms. The main ground-floor level also has a kids room with bunkbeds plus a trundle (sleeping 3) as well as the stunning living areas. The living/dining room boasts a 27-foot ceiling with local stone spanning the walls and floors, while the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with Sub-zero/Wolf appliances. This floor also has direct access to the 2-storey outdoor deck. A separate casita via the lower level houses the final bedroom with a kingsize bed. Outside, the luxurious space features a dining area, infinity swimming pool, exterior BBQ terrace, TV, sound system and bar; all looking over an expansive jungle and golf course view.

Contemporary Luxe. This exclusive villa has a relaxing, spacious feel, with lots of areas to relax and play, both inside and out. The open plan living room is finished with floor-to-ceiling windows, making the most of the exotics views over the jungle, lush gardens, pool, or golf course. The interiors blend natural textures with teak furniture, and walls and floors made with local stone and marble. The bedrooms are opulent, furnished with high quality linens and linking to stunning contemporary bathrooms. We love the chic muted colors used (which create a relaxing, comforting atmosphere) the exposed stone wall detailing in the dining room, and the minimalist floating staircase in the living area.
