Style Notes

Modern Scandinavian. The house has been recently renovated to a high specification featuring a mix of Scandinavian and industrial decor. The kitchen features bespoke, handmade cabinets, concrete floors, marble and steel countertops and exposed brickwork. A wall of windows creates an inviting scene into the garden, which featured beautiful old fig trees, poppies and alliums. The house has a sophisticated color palette of dark greys, mustard and bottle green, with light touches of painted tiles and brickwork walls. We love the toy-packed yet still stylish kids rooms, the flamingo-print wallpaper and the shaggy cushions.

We like to think of ourselves as a fun family of 4 who enjoy travelling, eating music and generally having a nice time . We like to try and travel long haul once a year together but often take shorter trips too. My girls aged 3 and 5 love dancing and music and luckily we are more than happy to have a "breakfast disco" with them in the mornings!

Crouch End, London

Playgrounds and art house cinema

This arty North London neighborhood is very popular with local families, who come to watch art house cinema with the kids at the Picturehouse cinema (really!) and play in Alexandra Palace park. This little urban village has all the charms you’d hope for too - a local bakery, butchers and independent shops. There is no Tube link but bus routes can help you reach the heart of the city in half an hour or so.
