This luxurious Florida home in Destin Beaches East is within walking distance to beautiful beaches and has a bunk room for the kids, a private pool, hot tub and access to facilities that include tennis courts and a gym. It sleeps 12 + 1. The living rooms are open, light-filled and spacious and the lounge is super comfortable to relax with friends or have a movie night next to the fire. The gleaming white kitchen has top-end appliances and space to rustle up a delicious dinner. The primary bedroom has its own bathroom with twin sinks, a tub and a large shower to wash off a day at the beach.

Why Kids Love it

The pool area is a great place for all the family to relax and have fun together with a BBQ and lounge furniture. The pool is large and is saline so has fewer chemicals and is kinder to children’s skin. The community center is a short walk from the house and has a fun pool where they can meet new friends. The kids’ room has 4 beds as wooden bunks (sleeping 6) and is the perfect space to have fun together. They also have their own bathroom and closet. Popular family-friendly beaches nearby are Miramar Beach and Henderson Beach, which has a playground and a boardwalk through the dunes.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 2 nights. The driveway can fit 2 to 3 cars and the garage 1 car. Street parking is not allowed and cars will be towed. Self check-in is via a code to the front door or garage smart locks. You will also need a code to access the gated beach entrances. Codes will be sent on the morning of check-in. Please note that the pool can be heated for an additional $30 a day on request. A travel crib for a baby / toddler is available if needed. Guests are asked to be respectful of the neighbors and the property. Community golf carts are available for rental. No pets or smoking. Your hosts are available 24 / 7 for assistance.

About the Location

The property is in a gated community in Destin Beaches East with surveillance and includes a clubhouse with a pool, gym and tennis courts. Destin is in north west Florida and is known for its ivory-white beaches and crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The private beach is an 8-minute flat walk from the villa across a small highway. You can also walk to the clubhouse and a couple of local restaurants. Go shopping at over 100 stores or grab a bite to eat at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Explore the emerald waters with kayaking, scuba diving and deep-sea fishing all on offer.

Accommodation Details

This residence has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and is on 2 floors. On entering the wide hallway, the garage, laundry and a half bath are located to your right. Continue straight to find the 1st kingsize bedroom with an attached full bathroom and a closet. Also on this floor is the living room, the office/den with a queen-size pullout and desk space, the dining room, a stocked chef’s kitchen, and access to the backyard which features a pool and hot tub. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms. The kingsize primary ensuite has a walk-in shower, bathtub, and two large closets. Down the hall is another kingsize bedroom with ensuite walk-in shower and the kids’ room with a 2 bunk beds (sleeping 6), also with a private bathroom.

Sparkingly clean and professionally furnished, it comes with every amenity from a coffeemaker to air conditioning and fans to a fully stocked kitchen. The bedrooms are tranquil with white walls and linens with pops of beachy colours. All kingsize beds come with Premium Milton mattresses for extra comfort. Soft grays, coral and blues tie all the living spaces together and chandeliers hang over the family dining table. We love the carefully curated interior design, the large pool and the proximity to a private beach.

Payment policy
Kid & Coe will collect 50% of the total stay as a deposit if the check-in date of stay is more than 12 weeks away. The remaining balance of 50% will be collected at 12 weeks from check in. If the booking is made within 12 weeks of the check-in date, the full amount of the stay will be charged at time of booking acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified at 12 weeks or more from the check in date, Guests can either opt for a full credit equal to the value of the amount paid, or opt for a monetary refund less 10% of the total cost of the booking, given as a Kid & Coe credit. For cancellations notified at 12 weeks or less, no refunds will be given.
