Well set-up for multiple family groups, this property features flexible bedroom options so that siblings, teens or friends can share the top floor sleeping a total of 10 kids upstairs. There’s plenty of fun quirks for parents here, including the tiki bar in the backyard for pool party fun, as well as the hot tub for late night relaxation. There’s also a Peloton bike on the second floor for those who like to work out during their vacation.

Why Kids Love it

The game room! The top floor game room comes complete with shuffle board, video games, basketball, board games and more. It’s a great space for kids of all ages to hang out and the sofa has a pull-out queensize bed, so it can be used as a teens bedroom. The hosts can provide a golf cart (for an additional fee) to get the kids around the area with ease, and the sandy beach is just a short walk away for even the littlest of legs. This home comes with a pack 'n play, high chair, toys, children’s dinnerware and more - all included, free of charge.

Things to Know

Check in: 4pm. Check out: 10am. The house is set up with towels, toiletries, laundry facilities and cleaning supplies. A local host is available to assist you during your stay and on arrival. You're welcome to bring up to 2 dogs (not pitbulls) for an additional fee of $250. The lead guest must be 21 years of age. When you book this property, you’ll be asked to sign a separate guest agreement.

About the Location

This home is nestled in a tiny development of newer homes just three-tenths of a mile from the beach in Miramar Beach, Florida. There’s an ice-cream parlor and a seafood restaurant down at the beach, but you’ll need a car to explore the range of eateries, stores and beaches of Miramar. Downtown Destin, with all of its family amusements, is just 15 minutes’ drive. It’s half an hour away from Destin Fort Walton airport.

Accommodation Details

The house has 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, set over 3 floors. On the main level, the living and dining rooms open directly onto the back patio and pool, creating a combined, indoor-outdoor space for the whole group to enjoy together. This floor also has a kingsize bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, the second floor boasts 3 kingsize ensuite bedrooms and a den. On the top floor, there’s 2 more kingsize ensuite bedrooms with bunk beds (sleeping 4 in each), plus the game room and a further bathroom.

Style Notes

Coastal calm. Relaxing blues and sandy hues create a chic retreat in the living areas, while rustic wooden textures add sophistication to the bedrooms. Outside, the tiki bar and outdoor living space is splashed with bright colors to create a more tropical feel. We love the color blocking style of the game room, the impressive pergola in the backyard and the giant chunky coffee table in the living room.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
Outside of 14 days, booking is refundable minus a Kid & Coe fee totalling 10% of the total booking. Inside of 14 days, booking is non-refundable. In addition to the host’s policy which is listed here, all cancellations are subject to a Kid & Coe cancellation fee of 15% of the booking total.
