This newly built East Hamptons beach house has calm interiors, a private, heated pool and plenty for the kids. It sleeps 8. The home is perfect for 1 family or 2 smaller families. Keeping an eye on the kids is easy here with everything on 1 floor. The living room is large enough for everyone to hang out after dreamy days spent at the pool or the beach. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided. For parents who need to work while away, there are 2 quiet, dedicated workspaces.

Kids will love the pool, as well as the house that’s well-stocked with games, toys and books for the under 10s. There are 2 smart TVs and fast Wi-Fi for streaming movies. Younger kids will find bikes they can use. Once here, there are no long car journeys – the house is just 5 minutes’ drive from the village of East Hampton with its kid-friendly stores including Dylan's Candy Bar, Book Hampton, Stoney Clover and more. Out and about there are the farm stands for delicious local goodies and the local beaches.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 14 nights. Safety notes: the pool is ungated but there is an alarm each time the back door is opened. There is pool furniture for summer days. There is also space to park 2 to 4 cars. Pets are welcome. The house is air conditioned throughout. Linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided.

About the Location

You’ll be just outside the charming village of East Hampton, NY, known for its vibrant arts scene and its Main Beach that has white sands, rolling dunes and clear, blue waters. It’s a short drive from the house to the relaxed coastal retreat of Amagansett. Local must-sees are the Pollock-Krasner House and Study Center, former home and studio of artists Jackson Pollock and Lee Krasner and the 16-acre sculpture garden and art museum, LongHouse Reserve.

Accommodation Details

This residence has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 1 floor. There is a primary bedroom with a kingsize bed and attached bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a desk and fullsize day bed with a trundle (sleeping up to 4). The kids’ room has 2 twin / single beds with books and games. The 4th bedroom is queensize with its own bathroom. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath. The kitchen is open plan to the living room and dining area and fully equipped with a breakfast bar and dining table. Outside is a swimming pool, pool furniture and a lush backyard filled with trees.

Style Notes

Cool, clean and contemporary. The open layout of this beach house makes family living easy and relaxed. Everything, including the building, is brand new with modern and comfortable furniture. The mattresses are all organic and eco-friendly. The relaxing décor with whites and soft grays add to the beachy and Scandi-feel. Pretty pink and blue hydrangeas add color to the front yard, while the back has privacy with established trees. We love the large linen couches and the soft white drapes in the living room, and the large open-concept kitchen with a view of the pool.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 10% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 10% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.

East Hampton is this affluent playground’s most fashionable town, known for its grand houses and estates as much for its readings and exhibitions. The main draw is Main Beach, a beautiful coastline with clean sands, inviting waters, professional lifeguards, plenty of space and millionaire mansions on the banks. LongHouse Reserve, with its enchanting sculpture garden, and Hither Hills State Park are also worth a visit.
