This open-plan ranch house is laid out over 1 floor and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main space is a large kitchen/lounge/diner and there is a screened porch with dining area. The master suite has a full bath and 2 guest bedrooms, 1 with full bed and 1 with 2 twin beds, share a second full bathroom. The house is surrounded by a mainly wooded lot.

Style Notes

Bright, airy, and summery. The home has a laidback beach house vibe with a dash of English country style and a touch of Amagansett in the 70s. The living room skylights provide a tremendous amount of daylight on even the grayest days. We love the pretty bedrooms, with decorative linens and pine floors, and the welcoming living space, thoughtfully filled with cook books, coffee table books and records.

East Hampton, The Hamptons

Mansions and main beach

East Hampton is this affluent playground’s most fashionable town, known for its grand houses and estates as much for its readings and exhibitions. The main draw is Main Beach, a beautiful coastline with clean sands, inviting waters, professional lifeguards, plenty of space and millionaire mansions on the banks. LongHouse Reserve, with its enchanting sculpture garden, and Hither Hills State Park are also worth a visit.
