A quirky and contemporary penthouse apartment in the central Eixample district with amazing views and a stunning roof terrace. It sleeps 5. The furnished roof terrace is the star of the show here, with its breathtaking views of Gaudi's Pedrera building and cozy lounge furniture to soak up the sun. Gaudi views pop through many of the apartment windows, and there are lots more architectural gems in the neighborhood.

Why Kids Love it

While there are no toys or books for little children here, there’s plenty to do for families in this city. It’s a short train ride to the city zoo (20 minutes) in the Ciutadella Park, which also has an open air swimming pool, boating lake and sports courts. A little further towards the coast you’ll find the aquarium and miles of sandy beaches.

Things to Know

Premium amenities include free WiFi, cable TV, hotel beds and linens, luxury toiletries, and a Nespresso machine. No smoking, pets or parties. The local law requires every guest to present an ID card/passport upon their arrival to the apartment. Deposit fees will be collected on-site. City tax applied according to the municipality laws and will vary based on number of guests and nights. A damage deposit will be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out subject to an inspection of the property.

About the Location

The apartment is located in the Eixample district in Barcelona. Architectural marvels, authentic restaurants, and local pubs are all around and the iconic Plaza Catalunya is just ten minutes’ walk, as is Gaudi's splendid Casa Batlló. The Diagonal Metro stop is nearby (3 minutes’ walk) and the airport is 20 minutes’ drive or 40 minutes by train.

Accommodation Details

The apartment has an open plan living/dining area with a separate kitchen. Both bedrooms have double beds, and the living room has a single sofabed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Please note there is no bathtub. The apartment is located on the 8th floor and there is an elevator.

Natural wooden materials mix with contemporary industrial touches to create a fresh, laid back look. Payment policy
For cancellations notified at 3 weeks or more from the check-in date, guests can opt for a full credit equal to the value of the amount paid minus a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the booking, which will be retained by Kid & Coe. We will not allow refunds for cancellations notified at 3 weeks or less from the check-in date. City tax will vary based on number of guests and nights and will be charged by the host separately once a booking has been accepted (although subject to change, the rates generally range from €0.50 to €5,75 per person, per night). A damage deposit will also be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out subject to an inspection of the property.

Modernist buildings and beautiful boutiques

The narrow medieval streets of the old city become refreshed and modern at Eixample. Expect to see undulating buildings, architectural masterpieces and plenty of examples of Gaudi’s work in the area, including the Sagrada Familia. It’s a very central area with beautiful clothes shops, hip bars and the best of the city’s nightlife.
