Seasonal minimum stays vary between 1 night and 3 nights, please inquire. The hotel is open from the end of May to the end of September. Rates range from 100-700 EUR depending on the room and season. All the hotel perks you’d expect are available here: gym, spa, pool, concierge, daily housekeeping and room service, a complimentary kids club, as well as in-room extras such as TV, WiFi, luxury toiletries and slippers. There are 4 restaurants on site: Asado Restaurant, Meze Restaurant, Baxe Restaurant, and Alati Private Restaurant. There is also Exedra Lounge for drinks - however children under 12 are not allowed in the Exedra Lounge or Baxe Restaurant. Car hire is recommended to explore the surrounding area and the concierge can help with car rental or private transfers. The hotel can provide travel cribs, high chairs and a baby bath. Babysitting can also be arranged for a fee. There are no gates around the pools and there are steps in the shared areas so children should be supervised.

About the Location

This hotel is located right on Agia Anna beach in the area of Evia, Greece. It is 2.5 hours from Athens airport - the hotel can arrange a private transfer. North Evia is still relatively quiet compared to the main tourist resorts in Greece so the area is picturesque, with clean beaches, luscious forests, hidden canyons and waterfalls. The hotel concierge can advise on local hiking routes, bicycle hire and day trips by boat to neighboring islands, as well as excursions to cultural or historical spots such as monasteries and museums.

Accommodation Details

This hotel has 48 rooms with options for different sized families. Travel cribs can be added to double rooms or executive suites, for parents with 1 infant. The Junior Suites and Thalatta Suites have 1 kingsize bed or 2 twin beds and 1 double sofa bed, sleeping 4 (and the Thalatta Suite also has a private pool). For larger families, the Family Garden Suite has 1 bedroom with a kingsize bed and a separate additional bedroom with 2 single beds, as well as a sofa bed (sleeping 6). Alternatively, the Thalatta Maisonette has 3 bedrooms (2 with kingsize beds and a third with 2 single beds) plus a sofabed and a private pool (sleeping 8). All the rooms have a bathroom and a balcony. There are no interconnecting rooms.

Payment policy
Kindly note that for the confirmation of the reservation, the deposit of the amount of 50% of total stay, has to be paid at the time of booking. The remaining 50% has to be paid 7 days before the arrival date.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation 15 days prior to guests’ arrival date, no cancellation fees apply. In case of cancellation 14-7 days prior to guests’ arrival date, 50% cancellation fees of the total amount of stay will apply. In case of cancellation 6 or less days prior to arrival date, non-show or early departure, arrival later than the confirmed arrival date 100% cancellation fees of the total amount of stay will apply.
