We are a family of 4 who love to travel and explore the world. We have done several house swaps with friends of friends over the years and learned through doing so how much more pleasant it is to make yourself at home in a place that really feels homey instead of packing into a tiny hotel room and sitting in the dark after the kids go to bed. Kid&Coe is a great resource for providing just that at-home feeling even when you're far away. New York City is always an adventure with kids and we hope we can provide you with a space to relax at the end of each day where your kids can enjoy some down time or run across the street to the park to play.

We had a wonderful stay in Fort Greene! The vibe was incredible, the space was clean and the location was perfect. Lynn was a wonderful host, left great recommendations and very responsive. Our whole family had a great time - would stay at this home again for future trips!

We had a wonderful stay at the Washington Park Residence. It's in a great location with easy access to the park and playground, restaurants, and the subway for venturing to other parts of the city. We found on-street parking close by, and the apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed. It's also beautifully furnished, and we enjoyed the artwork and checking out the original details maintained in many of the rooms.

We absolutely loved staying at Lynn's Washington Park Residence. The only reason why we didn't give the home 5 stars for the family friendliness was the narrow steep stairs that you have to take to get to the bedrooms. Our kids are 4 and under so they definitely weren't able to go down those stairs on their own. The only other thing that I'll mention is that the hardwood floors creek and make noises which I can see being an issue if you have a little one that can be easily woken from the sound of the parents walking around outside the kids bedrooms. Other than that we loved everything else about our stay and we wouldn't hesitate staying there again the next time we are in NY. The property felt safe and was in a very family centered part of Brooklyn. It was an easy walk to a few places for breakfast and a pharmacy if we needed it. Everything looked and felt clean which was great. Lynn also gifted us a bottle of white wine which was a really nice touch to make us feel welcomed.

Lynn and her family were extremely welcoming and accommodating. They left a packet with information and passes for city attractions, which was super fun for visiting family and us locals as well! The Washington Park residence is modernized in all the right ways, while maintaining the history and charm of Brownstone Brooklyn. We were so grateful to Lynn and her sweet family for providing a homey, comfortable landing spot for a few weeks. We definitely recommend this home!

We loved staying at The Washington Park Residence. It's an absolutely beautiful home with cool features and a fab hi-spec kitchen. Lynn and her family left lots of useful information for us and made us feel extremely welcome - they were the perfect hosts. Our son loved staying in the children's bedroom and loved looking after the cat (who was a friendly housemate and no trouble at all). The apartment is light, spacious and very well maintained. It's next to a great park which was just across the road and had two well-equipped playgrounds. We would be very happy to stay there again and would highly recommend it.

What a wonderful residence ! Lynn and her husband were incredible hosts and didn't miss any details. Our family enjoyed every aspect of their beautiful townhouse and to be right on Fort Greene Park was a bonus! We definitely will be booking this place in the near future.

We had a fantastic stay at the Washington Park residence in Brooklyn. It's a spacious brownstone with beautiful furniture and incredible art, but also very livable. We were very comfortable with our two young children during our stay. Our host was very responsive and gave us detailed information about the house and the neighborhood. The location is very convenient, easy access to the subway, close to great coffee shops, restaurants and of course, right in front of Fort Greene park. We had a car with us and parking was not a problem in the neighborhood. Overall, a wonderful stay!
