Why Kids Love it

This apartment doesn’t come with toys or books for children, but the hosts do provide a pack-and-play and the TVs come with streaming apps such as Netflix, for when you’re not playing out in the pool or building sandcastles at the beach. The area has lots of dining options for fussy eaters and the nearby beach boardwalk is perfect for cycling, scooting or buggies. For family days out, it’s 10 minutes’ drive to Aventura’s Tidal Cove Waterpark and 1.5 hours from the Everglades national park on route to the Florida Keys.

Things to Know

Full hotel services will all be available to guests and amenities are located on the lobby floor. Valet parking is available for $13 + tax (up for 4 hours) and overnight $35 + tax. Self-parking rates (for 3-7 nights) are $25/night + tax or a flat fee of $175 + tax for 7-30 days. Parking is paid directly to the building. The building amenities include a pool, gym, bike rentals with QR code scan available onsite, complementary towels, beach chairs and umbrella. A complimentary beach shuttle runs every 15 minutes daily from 9-5pm. There is a cafe/restaurant located in the tower near the pool for onsite dining. Toiletries, linens and towels are included. Pool towels are also provided. Pets are welcome on request for $150 per pet, regardless of size or breed (maximum size of 25lbs). There is no Mailbox key access, however you can order packages to be held at the front desk.

This private residence is located within a hotel, just 1 block from the sandy shores of Hollywood Beach, Florida. During your stay you’ll have access to all hotel amenities, including the building’s gym, pool, on-site dining and concierge desk. The building is located on the Golden Isle Lakes and it’s close to North City Beach Park and South City Beach Park. The nearest airport is Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (less than half an hour away).

You’ll find a fully-equipped kitchen with all amenities, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, as well as pots, pans and everything else you'd like in a kitchen for cooking a meal. The primary bedroom features a kingsize bed, TV, walk-in closet, balcony access and ensuite bathroom with an oversized shower. The second bedroom boasts 2 double beds, a large work desk , TV, ample closet space and a bathroom. The living area is linked to the kitchen with an open plan layout, and has access to the balcony. There’s also an in-unit laundry room and 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella for you to use during your stay.

Style Notes

Coastal calm. The apartment uses inspiration from the ocean location to create a restful blue and white interior scheme, pillared by the large floor-to-ceiling wall mural of a Florida map in the living room. We love the Scandi-style pale wood flooring, the relaxed mix of textures in the living area and the sleek contemporary all-white kitchen.
