Why Kids Love it

A pack-and-play is available for babies and toddlers, and the apartment has Smart TVs with streaming apps such as Netflix for movie nights. The area has lots of dining options for fussy eaters (plus an all-day restaurant in the building) and the boardwalk along the coast is perfect for cycling, scooting or buggies. For family days out, it’s 10 minutes’ drive to Aventura’s Tidal Cove Waterpark and 1.5 hours from the Everglades national park on route to the Florida Keys.

Things to Know

Full hotel services and in-house restaurants will all be available to guests. Amenities are located on the 9th floor. There is no Mailbox key access, however you can order packages to be held at the front desk. Toiletries, linens and towels are included. Pool towels are provided. At least one guest in the booking must be 21 years old. A resort fee of $40 per day + Valet fee of $35 per day is payable directly to the resort. You can rent beach chairs 1 block north of the building for $40 a day (2 lounge chairs and umbrella). Sorry - no smoking and noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 9pm to respect the neighbors.

About the Location

This private residence is located in the luxury Hyde Resort in Hollywood Beach, Florida. It’s directly on the sandy beach, with North City Beach Park and South City Beach Park nearby. The nearest airport is Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (less than half an hour away). During your stay you’ll have access to all hotel amenities, including 4 beach chairs and 1 umbrella in the unit, plus the building’s gym, spa, pool, hot tub, on-site dining and concierge desk.

Accommodation Details

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There’s a fully-equipped kitchen with an island, plus an eat-in dining table and open plan living space. There’s a coffee machine, toaster, as well as pots, pans and everything else you'd like in a kitchen for cooking a meal. The primary bedroom has a kingsize bed, walk-in closet, TV and ensuite bathroom with an oversized shower. The second bedroom features 2 queensize beds and a large work desk, a TV, ample closet space and a bathroom with a tub. There’s also a sofabed in the living area.

Clean and contemporary. This modern apartment makes the most of the beautiful ocean views with large floor-to-ceiling windows and lots of natural, neutral colors to reflect the coastal location.
