This sleek, contemporary apartment on the French Riviera has a large deck and is 15 minutes’ walk from the old town of Antibes and 10 minutes’ walk to the beach. It sleeps up to 6. This apartment would be ideal for a couple with a baby or small children as there are plenty of toys suitable for this age group. The master suite has its own private bathroom and direct access to 2 terraces. The towns of Antibes and Juan les Pins are both within easy walking distance.

Why Kids Love it

Children will love the proximity of the local beaches where you can also snorkel, hire a kayak, go on a boat trip or go fishing. The apartment has an outdoor space with a child’s table and chairs, a kids’ chaise lounge and a large awning for shady playing when it’s hot. There are toys and books for little ones provided, as well as a pack ‘n’ play, high chair, dinnerware, step stool and crib. The apartment is in a very quiet location and so ideal for naps. Musical kids will appreciate tinkling on the piano.

Minimum stay: May - September 6 nights; 3 nights the rest of the year. The apartment is safe and secure on the 5th floor with only 1 other apartment on the same floor. Children from 0 and up are welcome. Please note that this is a new building from 2017 but children should be always supervised by parents and not left alone on the outdoor terraces. The apartment has air conditioning.

About the Location

This Côte d’Azur apartment is located between the towns of Antibes and Juan-les-Pins. A boulangerie, butcher and supermarket are on the doorstep. It is a 15-minute walk to the center of Antibes with its markets, marina, Picasso museum and 16th century ramparted old town. Sister resort town Juan-les-Pins and its selection of sandy beaches is a 10-minute walk. Get here with a flight to Nice’s Côte d'Azur Airport (a 40 min taxi or bus ride approx.) or by high speed train to Nice from London or Paris. There is 1 full parking garage at the property.

Accommodation Details

This apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 1 level. There is an open plan living space with a kitchen, dining space seating up to 6 and a living room with a TV, all with access to the deck. There is a master kingsize bedroom with its own bathroom with a tub and a shower, as well as 1 kingsize and 1 queensize that share a bathroom with a shower. Outside space comprises a balcony and a terrace with outdoor dining, lounge seating, a BBQ and views of the sea.

Style Notes

Contemporary beach chic. The apartment is elegant and modern with lots of natural light flooding in through the large doors to the outside terrace. The kitchen is top line with Miele, Bosh and Siemens appliances, an induction hob and Krups coffee maker. It’s possible to live like a local here: buy your daily fresh baguette around the corner, stroll 5 minutes to the nearest sand beach, unwind on the 50-square meter terrace with sea views, cook local food on the BBQ and afterwards, play some songs on the piano. We love the terrace, the modern décor and the sea views.

When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations within 8 weeks of check-in will incur a fee equal to 20% of the total stay.

Running along the southeast coast of France and including Nice, Cannes and Antibes, the Côte d’Azur (aka the French Riviera) is known for its glamour. Yachts, film festivals, celebrities and hideaways in the hills overlooking the turquoise water are all what you’ll expect and find here, but with atmospheric pedestrianized squares, playgrounds, sandy beaches and coastal walks, it’s family-friendly too. Eat ice creams in locally-run shops, buy fresh fruit at the market and play in the mini playground on Cannes famous La Croissette. Visit pretty hillside villages and characterful towns including Villefranche-sur-Mer.
