Why Kids Love it

Kids will love the choice of fun bedrooms and having their own playroom on the lower level to hang out away from parents. There are 2 playgrounds and parks within a 10-minute walk (Eel Brook Common and South Park) and Bishops Park is also worth a trip for families (20 minutes on foot or a short drive), boasting a beach and sports activities, sculpture gardens and meadows. For days out, you can reach the South Kensington museums in 20 minutes by tube, for visits to the V&A, Science Museum or Natural History Museum.

Things to Know

This home has air conditioning in each bedroom, other than the fifth bedroom. In the Summer months fans can be provided for each room that needs it. This home is spread over five floors with no internal elevator. There are external cctv cameras outside of this home, however, there are none inside. Sorry - no pets. Please note this property requires full payment for the stay prior to check-in, guests will receive a message from the property with a secure payment link after booking. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, we will check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

The house is located just off Eel Brook Common in Fulham, west London. This area offers a wonderful mix of cozy pubs in nearby Parsons Green, busy cafes in Fulham Broadway (10 minutes’ walk), boutique and vintage shopping on Kings Road (5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot) as well as local farmers' markets at weekends. Take a historical tour of Fulham Palace or if you're a football fan, a trip around the iconic Stamford Bridge (home of Chelsea) might inspire the kids. Parsons Green subway station is 10 minutes’ walk.

Accommodation Details

The property has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, set over 5 floors. The entrance level hosts the living room, kitchen and one ensuite bedroom with a double sofabed and a crib. The upper floor includes the primary bedroom (with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom) and one twin kids room, plus a bathroom. The third floor is home to the office room, nursery (with a crib) and another twin bedroom and bathroom. The top floor has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (great for teens). One level down from the entrance you’ll find the second living room/playroom and a WC.

Sophisticated fun. Period features, parquet flooring, bay windows and coved ceilings make a beautiful backdrop to this contemporary home. The primary suite boasts gorgeous floor-to-ceiling closets and windows, framed by long drapes to create the feeling of grandeur. We love the coral ribbed sink in the bathroom, the cute animal-themed wall murals in the kids rooms and the super cozy kids play room downstairs, which is perfect for movie nights.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
Applicable to stays up to 60 nights: If guests need to cancel, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before the arrival date. Should guests cancel within 14 days of the arrival date, the booking will be non-refundable. Applicable to stays of 60 nights or more: If guests wish to cancel, we refund 50% of the first 60 nights, up to 14 days before the arrival date. Should guests cancel within 14 days of arrival the first 60 booked days are non-refundable. During the stay, guests are able to cancel at any time within 30 days notice; the remaining nights of the stay will be refundable, however, the first 60 days will remain non-refundable. In addition to the host’s policy which is listed here, all cancellations are subject to a Kid & Coe cancellation fee of 10% of the booking total.
