Check in: 4pm. Check out: 11am. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available on request, depending on availability. The owners live next door and the pool and patio space is shared with them. Dogs live on site so those with allergies should be aware. The property comes with an iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Toiletries, linens, towels and pool towels are included. There is parking on the driveway for 5 cars. There are safety cameras on the exterior of the property. Please note: no smoking and no noise after 9pm to respect the neighbors.

About the Location

The house is located just outside Homestead, in southern Miami. It’s a short drive to the Florida Keys and nestled between two National Parks: Biscayne National Park and the Everglades National Park. The famous Schnebly Winery, the Southernmost Winery in the United States, offers a unique selection of exotic tropical fruit wines in a beautiful setting as well as a brewery (just a few minutes away). Car rental is essential although Uber is available. It’s around 50 minutes’ drive from Miami airport.

This home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with a bar counter and a large open living/dining room with a Smart TV and dining table for 8. The primary bedroom boasts a kingsize bed, TV and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and ample closet space. The second bedroom features 2 queensize beds and a closet; the third bedroom features a queensize bed, TV and closet (which stores the 2 twin rollaway beds). Outside there’s the lush garden, uniquely designed pond with water cascade, iconic pool design and outdoor dining/sitting area.
