A beach-side villa in Vourvourou, Halkidiki with a private pool and unspoilt views of the water. It sleeps 8. This villa is perfectly set up for 2 families, with double kitchens and living areas, as well as dining areas inside and outside for groups to come together. There’s air conditioning in every room, each controlled separately to keep everyone happy, as well as plenty of space around the pool for parents to relax while kids play. It’s also close to a number of restaurants and beach bars, if you want a break from cooking.

Why Kids Love it

The villa has an abundance of toys for children, as well as lots of outdoor space for kids to run around and play in the backyard (as well as the direct access to the sandy beach!). The pool is safe for kids and the hosts provide pool toys. There are TVs in every room and WiFi throughout for movie nights. This is a popular area for water sports - older kids and teens will love sea kayaking, paddle boarding, or snorkeling in the surrounding archipelagos.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 4 nights. The hosts provide cleaning services, gardening and pool cleaning every day. Additional keys for a safe in each floor and keys for the property gate are available on request. Plenty of parking is available - car rental is recommended - and there is space to moor boats. The villa is located on a private plot of land (approximately 7000m²) with another separate private villa, directly in front of the sea so children should be supervised outdoors. There is no pool gate. Pets may be welcome on request.

About the Location

The villa is located first on the beach in the center of the village of Vourvourou in Halkidiki. There are markets, bars and restaurants within walking distance in this small fishing village. The rocky coves and sandy beaches are sheltered and shallow (try Karydi or Fava) and you can hire boats locally to visit swimming or diving spots off the nearby islands. Hiking trails lead through the nearby forests up to the slopes of Mt. Itamos. The closest airport is Makedonia, approximately 100km away and the nearest health center is 10km.

Accommodation Details

This residence has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, set over 2 floors. You’ll find a kitchen and living area on both floors, with either floor-to-ceiling windows (upstairs) or sliding doors on the ground floor. There are 2 primary suites with double beds and 2 twin rooms. Outside, there’s the swimming pool, an outdoor shower, Bali lounge beds, a covered outdoor dining area, BBQ and umbrellas for shade.

Style Notes

Luxury modern. The villa is designed to reflect the sea, the sun and the light, summer atmosphere. The same theme style is applied to both floors but with a subtle difference in colors, inspired by sandy tones and natural hues. We love the hotel-style textiles in the bedrooms, with layered curtains and textured bed frames, as well as the triple aspect windows and the contemporary outdoor spaces.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
If the guest cancels 45 days or more before the check in date, the hosts retain the deposit and Kid & Coe also retains 10% of the total booking. If the guest cancels less than 45 days from the check in date there is no refund provided. In addition to the host’s policy which is listed here, all cancellations are subject to a Kid & Coe cancellation fee of 10% of the booking total.
