Originally from upstate New York, now living just north of NYC with my husband and two toddlers. Love traveling, reading the New Yorker, music, and keeping fit. Kid and Coe seems like a great place to find interesting places to go with our young family!

We really enjoyed the apartment! It had everything we needed as a family, and the toys and books were a big hit with our 2-year-old. A special thank you to Robert for being a great host, so friendly and available when we needed something; we wish could have had time to hang out with you! Heidi, Brenton & Romy

We loved our stay at the 121st residence! It's a quick walk to Columbia U and Central Park, and much much bigger than expected for Manhatten. Larah and her whole family were absolutely the nicest hosts we have ever encountered. The entire family - baby, preschooler, and husband attending a conference - loved it! Thanks again.

Harlem, Manhattan

DJ sets and double dutch

This part of Upper Manhattan runs from the East River to the Hudson and is known for its treelined brownstone blocks and multicultural community. Stop by the Totally Kid Carousel in Riverbank State Park - it’s the only one in the world designed by kids - or enjoy impromptu concerts, DJ sets and plays in the neighborhood's many parks in the summer.
