Style Notes

Hudson Valley heaven. This sparklingly clean and comfortable cottage in beautiful surroundings is the place to get away from it all. The aesthetic is cozy but still bright and airy with an uncluttered Scandi-feel bolstered by white, gray and natural wood. Furniture is modern with some vintage touches. The modern kitchen has all you need to cook meals easily and there are good quality bedding and towels. We love all the little touches the host has thought of to make a stay special; the outdoor space where you can sit and enjoy the view; and the beautiful creek where you can glide via canoe and simply relax.

Hi I'm Liz - Canadian born, now happily living in Brooklyn with my family for more than a decade. My summers as a child were spent between small lakes in Canada and the beaches of Cape Cod. We discovered the beautiful, historic town of Hyde Park while exploring the Hudson Valley and fell in love with this cottage - a perfect mix between Canada & The Cape here in New York! We are so excited to host you in our beautifully renovated, modern cottage and hope you and your guests will fall in love with our family-friendly home and the area with all that it has to offer. I am available 24/7, so if you have any questions about the area, or the house, please do not hesitate to inquire.
