Perks for the Parents

An exquisite luxury villa in the north of Ibiza, with beautiful outdoor spaces, cinema room and a play area for kids. It sleeps 16. Families of all sizes will love days spent by the saltwater pool (14m x 4m, ungated) which overlooks the orchard. Outside there’s also a jacuzzi and a spacious al fresco dining area equipped with charcoal barbecue and a shaded outdoor kitchen - perfect for all-day outdoor living. Parents can work up a sweat in the fitness room, catch up on work in the office area or relax with a movie in the outdoor cinema.

Why Kids Love it

At the back of the house there is a little wooden playhouse with a sand pit - a wonderful space for children to play. Adjacent to the play area is an outdoor cinema with a large seating area (connected to the smart TV, the cinema screen is projected onto the wall), which is great for family gatherings in the evenings. Thes safe, fenced plot of 17700 m2 features stunning lawns for playing outdoors, and several varieties of fruit trees (orange, lemon, cherry, apple, quince, carob and ancient olive trees) which will delight younger kids. The villa also has its own fish pond, stable and horse - ask the gardener to watch at feeding time!

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 7 nights. Check in: 4pm. Check out: 10am. Rates range from 16kEUR to 28kEUR per week depending on the season. Housekeeping is included (3 cleaners work 4 hours each, 3 days per week, every other day). Towels are changed 3 times per week and linens are changed once per week. The accommodation is split between a main house and separate 2-bedroom apartment. A gardener comes twice a day, early in the morning and at 6pm - to feed the horse (which is close by the house), check the orchard and pick any of the ecological fruits and vegetables that are ready for the clients (including watermelons, potatoes, peppers and others) and to check the swimming pool

About the Location

The villa is located in a very quiet, tranquil area just 1 km from the village of Sant Joan de Labritja in the rural north of Ibiza. It’s just 15 minutes’ drive from the well-known beaches of Benirras and Portinatx. The popular towns of Santa Gertrudis and Santa Eularia are within easy reach and there are plenty of world-class eateries within a short drive. Ibiza town (and the international airport) are around half an hour away. Car rental is essential.

Accommodation Details

The house has 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, set over 2 floors.Main house: the main floor features a spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling windows that can be opened fully to enjoy the summer breeze. A fully equipped, open-plan, modern kitchen with access to the swimming pool area is located next to the living room. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a kingsize bed, dressing room, terrace with views of the garden and an ensuite bathroom with shower and standalone whirlpool bathtub. There’s also 1 more kingsize room upstairs, with an ensuite shower room. Downstairs there are 4 bedrooms: 1 kingsize with access to a terrace and shared bathroom with another kingsize room. A twin room with ensuite bathroom (with a shower and outdoor jacuzzi tub) and a further kingsize room with ensuite bathroom (with a shower and outdoor jacuzzi tub). Separate apartment:the guest apartment boasts its own living area and the whole property features heating and air conditioning. The apartment also has a kingsize bedroom with ensuite bathroom and outside bath, plus a twin bedroom with an adjacent shower room.

Style Notes

Minimalist luxury. This wonderful, spacious and luxurious home was once a working farm and the traditional irrigation system can still be seen. Now updated into a contemporary, sleek vacation villa, it boasts a chic neutral palette and modern furniture throughout. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors allow light to flood in and the indoor/outdoor living spaces blend seamlessly. We love the unique barred staircase, that spectacular dressing room in the primary bedroom and the industrial-style exposed concrete wall.
